communication was good had a little blip with the dashboard and seeing all 3 Sims but was sorted out ,signal same as EE no issues with signal noticed no difference in phone service on all of the 3 Sims got for family , paid pay as you go 24 months 2 X 30gb and 1 X 80gb for £363 one off payment (worked out at £15 a month) compared to EE £54 a month saving a minimum of £1000 over 2 years as they would of increased my bill by at least £7.50 next year

There were some teething problems with porting the number, but the support in resolving them was excellent. What stood out in particular was having the same person throughout, who responded quickly and helped manage the issue through to the end — something that’s quite rare these days.

I was told that my new bandwidth cycle would begin today. I ended up, on a Sunday, with no Internet & had to walk a long way to Sainsbury's for their wi-fi. When I cancelled online on 19 April, I was told I had to pay for up to 18 June. I am NOT going to. Incidentally, they throttle the speed of - or even block - anyone who exceeds 500 GB. I went back to Smarty, where I have just got 343 Mb/s using the Three network. I think Mozillion are crooks.

I am just over halfway through a 24-month contract for a new phone and SIM contract, and I have absolutely nothing but praise for Mozillion. Both service and price excellent. Also recently purchased a Sim only deal for my wife, which was carried out very professionally, thank you.

The pricing is excellent compared to other providers I’ve used.
I previously had coverage issues. Now I have reliable voice and data pretty much everywhere I go.

The transfer with the PAC code was not swift. Delay in changing the Network when everything is paid in advance is not a good standard.

If your going to deliver on a set day make sure it's delivered on that day & not the day after

Brilliant service, fast delivery

I had never heard of Mozillion before but they had a really good deal for an iPhone last year and I went for it and I don’t regret it at all. I’m very happy with my phone- it came exactly as expected and I’m on the best network (EE). I’ve not had to contact their customer service since I placed my order, but when I had asked a question at the time they always replied quickly.

Took out the 24 month pay up front deal. Got my sim after 2 days and kept my number which was ported over a few days later. What can I say but Great deal.
