Mhouse is the best till system we have i have 3 shops all of them we use mhouse costumer service is amazing even out of working hours they go out of the way if need any support highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, quick responce to our query. Saved us at Premier Pather a major headache. Couldnt recommend them enough.

Opening a new store, we had the option of taking a "free" supplier epos or investing in our own. We decided on buying our own. Firstly was because "free" wasn't really free and secondly, we decided our own system would give us more freedoms in the future.
Mhouse came very highly recommended and up till now I can't disagree. Our system was installed a few days ago by Lucas (he was super, very patient, very tidy job), we haven't yet started trading. My main contact to now has been Nisha, she's a credit to the company, always quick to respond to queries whether by phone, text or email. Also very helpful in suggesting other suppliers, services mhouse work with.
I know I'll require support assistance once we start trading and begin to use the full functionality of the system, word of mouth is that their support is second to none. I've no reason to doubt it yet.

Working with Nisha, Faisal and the team at M-House was a fabulous experience. Friendly and professional advice throughout meant that we were able to install a system that not only met our needs, but was able to use data more powerfully than we had done so before. The installation by Simon was seamless and he provided excellent guidance on how to configure and use the system.

Absolutely amazing system and service. Whenever I need to update the system and I get stuck Aidan is always a text away. Highly recommended company. The whole process was swift and extremely professional. Didn't know what to expect initially but I can honestly say they made the whole experience enjoyable and the staff were a real joy to work with. Nish was very helpful in explaining and guiding us through the joining up and installation process and Simon the engineer was prompt in arriving for installing our new tills and in explaining how to use them and provided a highly knowledgeable and detailed insight into operating the tills. I will definitely be using Mhouse for any further till upgrades or new shops in future. Thanks to a great company.

Have had excellent service from start to finish from Nisha and team. Professionally arranged a demo with a local retailer who was happily using the Mpos system. Swiftly arranged installation by their experienced engineer Simon at a time convenient to us with minimum of disruption to the business. Faisal efficiently dealt with initial technical problems and ongoing support excels original expectations.

Mpos have been very easy to deal with. Instalation had a few snags which they overcame quickly. Customer Support is instant and problems solved while keeping you informed.

From first meeting to install, everything went as well as I could imagine. Nisha was a great help in advising what would be best for my business in regards to the tills & setup. Any issues or help is resolved quickly due to the customer support line offered with the package.
