After browsing the site I gambled on a set of 36” CP shorts as there wasn’t any 34” available. They came in good time but were slightly too big. Within 20 mins of an email explaining they were too big and i had found some 34” on the website, I had a reply. Luke offered to take the ones I wanted off all platforms and save them for me. I posted the originals back and the new ones were sent out immediately using 24 hour recorded delivery. Absolutely fantastic customer service going above and beyond.

I recently bought a coat from Mr.Breckz which arrived at my house today.
The coat is in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for
We had some trouble with Royal Mail who failed to update the tracking so no one knew where the coat was or what had happened. The lads managed to sort this and have the coat sent back to them. As soon as they received it back from Royal Mail, they resent it immediately and I received the coat 3 days later (international shipping)
I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with but the lads were incredibly professional and sent constant updates as they troubleshooted the issue with Royal Mail.
Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back
