Iv got every mr jury fragrances and recently I have come back from Dubai there is not a scent out the like these they are sensational and last for so long I use them every day

I came across Mr Jury’s content several couple years ago and have been watching regularly ever since. In a space where there are endless fragrance releases and countless alternatives flooding the market, it’s refreshing to find someone who gives straightforward opinions without overcomplicating things.

One thing I’ve really appreciated is being introduced to brands and scents I wouldn’t normally have considered, many of which have been surprisingly impressive. The fragrance world has changed massively over the years and has become something people genuinely enjoy exploring rather than just buying the usual aftershave.

His fragrance oils are amazing. I’ve been using them for a while as I got gifted them and I can’t wait to test his new ones.

Wow this product is amazing

I purchased Piccadilly nights when Mr Fragrance launched it. I was a on the fence at first due to people on TikTok selling fragrances etc plus it was £80. I must say Mr Fragrance pulled it out the bag and I would happily trust what this guy says about his fragrance 10/10 service and you get a tracking number within 5 minutes. Really honest guy 👍🏼

Paid for fragrance to be shipped to Australia. Mr Jury did not complete the dangerous goods correctly on the shipment form for DHL. Item returned to Mr Jury, have not heard from him since. Scammer.

Awful customer service, order took a month to arrive to arrive incomplete and only received part of an order. Owner is rude and patronising regarding the value of the order. Avoid. Do not order

I have now got three of his fragrances, his latest one piccadilly deluxe is the absolute dogs ⚽️⚽️ if you know what I mean absolute perfect product it’s a beast

Placed an order, nothing been delivered. Tried to contact via social media and also email. No reply. Not looking good

After my initial review, Wayne reached out to me direct via text message and the issue was resolved quickly and hassle free, and went the extra yard personally. Nice touch

Royal Mail decided not to process a delivery for a week (no fault of Jury). When he realised they’d not delivered on time he text me personally very apologetic and made sure the bottle arrived. Brilliant customer service and the fragrances are genuinely brilliant. Last all day on skin and clothes. He’s got a long term customer in me!

48 hours tracked? Lies! Ordered my fragrance 8 days ago now and still no sign of it. No contact details on the website to get in touch either…. Do better! I’ve DMd on TikTok and left a comment to no reply. Plus the testers I ordered previously turned up cracked and he did nothing to rectify. Shame as I was really hoping his fragrance would be one I’d order consistently every few months. He’s lost a proper repeat customer in me.
