Mr. Key Fob Reviews

Finally got a keyfob that works remotely for the condo garage! Thanks so much!!

I have to say it's excellent. The first order didn't go through being shipped I called customer service they answered personally immediately handled it and reissued another one that I got one week later I tried it out and it works perfectly really great option to use for replicating probably anything

Fantastic experience, highly recommend this business. Excellent customer service, excellent work.

Great work, fast service.

Great communication!
Great product!

I received the window sticker for opening the garage door and it works just like the original. Mr Key Fob did a great job.

I’m very positive about the support and service that Mr. key fob provided us. The convenience and method for providing their services was quick and efficient. And they delivered as expected and communicated often to ensure we knew when the product would arrive. Definitely well recommended.

I received excellent advice and he had a good solution to my specific problem.

The fob worked perfectly and arrived very quickly. The customer service was top-notch and included a proactive check-in to make sure I didn't need something else when my order had an unusual detail. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Key Fob to anyone I know who needs a backup fob.

Life saver
My condo wanted to charge me 350 for a lost key fob and ask so many questions like if I’m living there for free!!! I felt really disrespected and victimized, until Mr.Key fob came thru!!! Everything from delivery and cloning instructions was smooth ride!!! These guys are the real deal🙌

Key works and shipping was fast. But I thought I was getting an authentic blue Salto key fob as advertised in picture I paid $20 extra for instead I get replica. Main thing is it works. Thank you 😊

Great fob, it really works

I ended up finding my lost fob and Mr. Key Fob made my refund quick and easy with no stress. I will be sure to use the service the next time I’m not so lucky to find my lost fob!

Fast and easy!!

Had an issue with wrong key card being sent and immediately they shipped out a new one which arrived quickly.

Very quick and efficient

No hassles
Duplicated with serial number
Arrived promptly from USPS
Fob worked

I've had to replace numerous fobs and each one has worked flawlessly. Excellent service.

Asked for price matching, customer service told me to go with the competitor since they offer, and I quote, a "crappier" service. Told me they have the right to deny the price match if they see fit (if they lose money) but it does not mention so anywhere in the "lowest price guarantee" section of the store policy page. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I mean, really, how much crappier can programming a simple key fob be?
