Ich habe den Ablauf mit Mr. Lodge als sehr effizient erlebt. Das Team war stets gut erreichbar, hat alle meine Fragen umfassend beantwortet und insgesamt einen ausgezeichneten Service geboten.

Dennoch kann ich keine volle Bewertung von 5/5 vergeben, und zwar aus zwei Gründen. Erstens befand ich mich bereits im Prozess der Anmietung einer Wohnung, als der Vermieter entschied, dass ich nicht der ideale Kandidat sei. Obwohl mir bewusst ist, dass diese Entscheidung nicht im Einflussbereich von Mr. Lodge lag, hätte ich mir einen stabileren und verlässlicheren Ablauf gewünscht.

Zweitens stellte ich nach dem Einzug in die schließlich angemietete Wohnung fest, dass ein Silberfischchenbefall vorlag, der zuvor weder kommuniziert noch dokumentiert worden war. Dies empfand ich als enttäuschendes Versäumnis.

Abgesehen von diesen Punkten war der gesamte Prozess jedoch reibungslos, effizient und von einer aufmerksamen Betreuung begleitet.

Mr. Lodge was perfect for my needs, which were to find a furnished apartment with a lease of 6-12 months in Germany. After specifying my requirements, I received regular emails allowing me to view available apartments in great detail. When I found one I liked, I was able to set up a convenient appointment to view it in person. They then facilitated the execution of the lease contract and provided the Wohnungsgeberbestaetigung required to register the apartment in Munich. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive to my questions and requests, and made procuring the apartment as painless as possible.

I had a very positive experience renting my apartment through MrLodge. As someone who recently moved to Munich, I especially appreciated how professional and well-structured the entire process was — from the initial communication to the contract signing and handover.
