wenn Du Deinen flat noch selbst aktiv nutzt oder der flat vermietet ist und Du NAchmieter suchst , sind Sie Zeit und Geld Verschwendung. Sie sagten mit normalerweise vermarkten Sie erst wenn der alte Mieter raus ist und Wohnung klinisch sauber ist. Sie verlangen also dass Du als Vermieter den Leerstand und Mietausfall akzeptierst. U.a. sagten Sie mir auch dass ich einen Kettler Heimtrainer und einen Tippkicker entfernen muss bevor Sie die Wohnung vermarkten koennen. Warum soll ein Heimtrainer zur freien Nutzung ein Vermietungsnachteil sein? Sie vermieten nicht Deine Wohnung sondern haben ein ziemlich abstrakte Vorstellung wie eine ideale Wohnung aussehen soll und verlangen von Dir so 'umzubauen' (ich sollte sogar eine Kinderbett abbauen) Null Service Gedanke auf Beduerfnisse der VErmieter einzugehen sondern nur was ist einfach fuer Mr Logde: Wie kriegen wir die Provision mit moeglichst wenig Aufwand/viewings.

The company impressed us with its professionalism, which was evident not only in its demeanor but also in the way it handled the entire rental process.
The fact that they were able to find a suitable and reliable prospective tenant for the apartment so quickly also showed us that this real estate agent has an excellent network of partners and effective marketing channels.
The only thing I could fault in hindsight was that one room was missing from the very detailed handover report, but things like that can happen.
