Terrible experience — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered two dresses from them three months ago. Only one dress arrived, while the second one — which was actually the more expensive dress — has still not arrived after three months.
I have emailed them multiple times asking about my missing order, and they simply do not respond.
And even the dress that did arrive was extremely disappointing. The fabric quality is terrible and looks nothing like the photos on their website.
I feel completely scammed. They took my money, failed to deliver my full order, and are now ignoring my emails.
Please save your money and DO NOT order from this website. Based on my experience, I would never trust or purchase from them again.

It was a bad experience. I was shocked by the quality of the dress; the model was different from what was shown on the website. I will not repeat the experience again.

This is the worst brand I have ever dealt with.

Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the dress had a slimming/tightening effect around the stomach area. I was told yes, which was completely misleading. Based on that information, I decided to order the dress. When it arrived, it was absolutely nothing like what I had been told. The dress is awful and does not provide any support or shaping around the stomach at all.

When I wanted to return it, I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping to their address myself. The return cost was almost as much as the dress itself.

Because of their misleading information, I lost almost €100. In the end, they refunded me only 55% of the purchase price and told me to keep the dress instead of accepting the return.

I have absolutely no use for this dress. It is just a horrible piece of fabric that I never would have bought if I had been given honest information in the first place.

I strongly do not recommend this brand. Be very careful and make sure you do not rely on their descriptions or customer service before ordering.

Poor quality dress. Dress in real life va what was advertised were not the same. I did not want to go through the hustle of a return since it took almost 3 wks to get the dress so I donated to charity.

Excellent customer service and great quality! I ordered the very popular terebethine dress for a wedding and only had a week and a half before I needed it. I contacted the Miss Rosier team and they did their best to ensure it was shipped early. The quality of the material was amazing although I would say the only thing they could improve is informing customers how long each item is from the waist down in the product description. Some of dress lengths were either too long or too short

All photos and videos are AI-generated and does not match with real products. Shipping is the cheapest, and it takes over a month. You'll receive a cheap, low-quality Chinese item for a high price. They have a 7-day return policy, but they'll tell you they can't arrange return shipping. You can only keep the item and get a $20 credit toward a new order or receive a 20% refund. They have an Instagram account with paid followers and paid reviews.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. The return process was absolutely exhausting — I had to send countless emails just to return an item and get my money back.

After all that back and forth, I was finally told that my refund would be processed, but only after waiting around three weeks. A simple return should never be this stressful or time-consuming.

I definitely will never shop with this company again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service and an unnecessarily difficult return and refund process.

You can not return your items getting your money back - either gift cards or other weird stuff. Qaulity for that price (cheap china items) so bad

The piece is very bad and the quality of the cloth is a disaster. It seems to me that it is an imitation and not an original.

The actual product is very different from what was shown. The fabric is a very thin chiffon that lacks the quality and elegance depicted on the website, among several other issues. It was a poor experience, and I will not be shopping here again.

I bought one dress from Mrosier. Absolutely awful!! it didn’t look like the photo on their website at all! Material was disgusting. It’s just like someone made at her home alone. It’s definitely scam! I must warn to ppl don’t buy anything from this site! and they won’t refund. The offered to me pay more money to get different item. Very disappointed with my experience. The dress took over a month to be made, and when it arrived, the quality and fabric were extremely poor and completely different from what was shown on the website. Considering the very high price, this is unacceptable.
The dress is still with me, and I’m willing to return it in its original condition for a full refund. Unfortunately, I received no compensation or proper communication.
Very poor quality and a waste of money. I definitely won’t order again or recommend this website to anyone.
