Terrible service, took 3 weeks to arrive, you then have 7 days to return if you wish! I went over the 7 days as I was unaware it was such a short return date! Left with very expensive dress which doesn’t fit!! Do not recommend using this brand!!

The clothes are nothing like they appear on the website. They arrived very wrinkled and torn at the bottom. One of the dresses is really poorly sewn. I was truly disappointed.

Worst experience of my life!!! They dont provide free returns and I spent 50€ on returning a 100€ dress made out of plastic, not even resembling the dress advertised. NEVER again!

I was extremely disappointed with this dress. The quality was honestly terrible and nothing like what I expected from Miss Rosier. I was so shocked by how poor the quality was that I ended up throwing the dress away. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from you again.

I’m giving one star only because it’s not possible to give zero. This website is the biggest scam ever. I ordered a dress, and what I received was completely different from the pictures. The quality is terrible, the fabric is awful, and to make matters worse, I haven’t received any response to my emails. Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise against buying from this website.

They do not accept returns on sale items, even if the size is wrong or the product is defective.
Honestly, I can’t keep a dress that’s too big or too small for me, and I can’t take you seriously on this point.
Customer satisfaction should be the top priority.

The dress was ok, but the price was bigger that on the other sites.

Very good pants and comfortable

The dress i got the corset wasn’t firm enough in the bust area and also the drapes were not in secure stitches they literally ripped paying that amount of money and getting this kind of quality is really upsetting and honestly I want a refund

Wouldn’t use them again. Late delivery arrived when I had left the county. Poor quality couldn’t send back as was too late when I returned from vacation even though I let them know to recall the order as I won’t be there.
