I would like to thank Dominic for his excellent job in fixing a french door with two panels on the sides on my victorian house. He made it matches the existing character of the house. Quite a big job which involved brick work and all. Thank you Mr. Window. Abu.

We was in a rush for a new bathroom window we called the company and had someone out the following day to measure and quote as we needed this within one week of ordering due to a new bathroom installation the surveyor came a measured properly then within six days the window was fitted by a lovely young man who was polite and tidy in his work I was very impressed with the whole order from start to finish and will definitely be using this company for future works the guys in the office was so friendly and we just received a ten year guarantee on the window today now that’s what I call service

We had a problem with our front door, which was fitted 9 years ago. When I telephoned Mr Windows, Daniel was very helpful and arranged for a visit the following day. The fitter explained what had to be done and completed the job efficiently and was vey pleasant throughout the time he was here.

Would definitely recommend Mr Window. We've only had our new front door a couple of days but so far are very pleased with the product and especially the high quality of the workmanship of the installer.

Early days (only 2 1/2 weeks since installed) but so far I'm more than happy with the product, install and service and at a good price.

Fantastic service, courteous and clean

The thing I remember most is being given a tour of the factory to see the materials used and the qualityof the components. The installation was done to a fairly tight schedule and the young man fitting the windows obviously was taking pride in his standard of work.

I have nothing but praise for Mr Window, they have been efficient, polite and very prompt from the very first contact I had with them. I am very glad that I bought my door from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Work consisted of fitting five windows including two bay windows, completed in the 3 day time frame. Disruption was minimal. Fitter was polite and approachable. I was surprised that he did all this work single handedly within timeframe. I am satisfied with the final result.

We have not had windows replaced before so was unsure of what to expect, We where very pleased with the efficient service and the quality of windows.

I love Mr Window
The fitters were brilliant. They left the house in a better condition than they found it and I don't just mean the windows and doors. I'd lost some pebble dashing over the patio door and hadn't got it repaired as I thought I'd have to fix a few areas after the windows went in. Also I thought I was going to have to decorate when they left.
I was amazed, no mess, no damage anywhere and they even fixed my missing pebble dashing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. No hard selling either - that was a breath of fresh air too.

Such a friendly bunch of people - from the first phone call, to book an appointment - then the sales Rep. who came round, he was very friendly and very informative - he helped us with suggestions on how to have the window openings and which front door was best to have - so very helpful. The Surveyors that came round to measure up were a great pair - very professional but we did have a laugh with them and they sorted everything out for us - Then there was the Fitters , what a terrific pair they were Dominic and George - so friendly and they just worked so hard - they didn't stop for lunch , they ate while they worked - such an impressive pair - they work so well together, they both knew what the other one was doing and would jump in and get something done when it needed doing - they made a little mess but it was all cleaned up before they went home. My husband and I are just so impressed with the Mr Window experience , They are just all so friendly, they enjoy the work they do and it shows . Our windows were half the price of the other company that quoted us - and we are very happy with everything. we have already recommended Mr Window Ltd and will continue to do so . Great work George who replaced our windows was magic no marks or damage to walls and no mess will recommend Mr Windows to anyone and their prices are good to also first class service

Fantastic company to deal with. They adjusted the quote on the day as the job wasn't as in depth. Tided up and left no trace. Will use them again for sure.

Hi simple from outset no messing about with the quote stating high and then dropping by huge margins. Door was fitted in half the time span allowed of 6 weeks from order to installation. George the fitter was the star of this show he was courteous and very knowledgeable he worked constantly and left the area spotless! Door is beautifully fitted and looks great. Would use again.

Great price, great fitters, polite friendly and tidy. Did have to speak to office regarding install date, as i had not heard back following survey. This meant I didn't get the day I wanted, but the staff did arrange a day a near as possible.

Excellent product. Excellent service. Liked the fact they weren’t pushy. The price we started with was the price we paid. No games played unlike lots of window companies. Great to support a local company. Would highly recommend Mr Windows. Thank you.
