Good product and price, on my third set from MTECH and good to deal with.

Discs and pads came swiftly and were perfect for what I wanted, will continue to use and I recommend these to everybody

I was called shortly after placing the order to confirm the correct car details

Ordered my brake discs online and received a phone call from MTEC, making sure I had ordered the right discs before they were picked and dispatched.

Can’t fault there customer service either had little issue resolved within 48hrs and not to the cost of the customer to which does help when mistakes happen but say delt with it very professionally

I provided MTEC ALL my car details to them for brake discs to check and ensure they would fit.
Mtec assured in writing, their part would fit.
So i ordered and paid extra for silver coating, total £140approx.
Parts Arrived . I Booked garage and toole parts in original box/packaging.
Mechanic removed existing discs and the MTEC discs would NOT FIT, replaced disc back in box, unused and sealed box again.
Emailed Mtec and no response from them..,

I chased Mtec, again on 3rd day and provided pictures of holes on discs not aligning to wheel lugs. Evidenced partnumbers and pictures of box, packaging etc to show parts.unused and in original condition as received off shelf.

I was advised to return discs, via an aggressive email from Mtec, which advised i would be billed if not in original packaging, used or even modified by THEM! .. i explained THEY sent the wrong part, and parts were unused and unmodified!

MTEC refused any responsibility , until I pointed out after rechecking and evidenced they sent part for a 08 and not 2012!.. which THEY said would fit.. MTec advised oh that wont fit..which they didnt even bother checking when i had explicitly asked them if it would fit... wow!

They said i HAD to return and buy a new set, where they would send a link for £500 generic eBay auction for £97 correct part...and MTEC assured they would later refund me £400..
I checked link as.seemed suspect and i had concern on the generic auction, not mentioning any details for buyer protection.. I declined, advised I simply wanted refund.

I was mailed a returns label where MTEC refused collection, so I had to drop off discs at postoffice at my time and cost..

Days later I realised MTEC had taken over 50% of monies from disc and over 50% refund from coating refund!! Refunding me approx £60 total only from £140 they received with false information..

MTEC rationale was the discs were "used or not in original.packaging" - not acknowledging, THEY sent wrong parts, parts were unmodified, unused and sent back in THEIR exact, same, packaging inc.bubble wrap! (Have pics!)- yet deceptively they tried to take monies lol.

I complained to eBay with Evidence and eBay refunded the difference which MTEC Brakes had deceptively withheld for no reason,- discs were wrong, standard/unmodified, not custom and unused (i couldn't use as wouldnt fit!)-.

Today their response on Trustpilot, visible to all, evidences their lack of knowledge of item they sold, abysmal service, indifference and failure to accept responsibility for wastime my time and monies.. and No apology.

AVOID MTEC- in my experience they scam by providing wrong info to get sale, then use any excuse to keep your money, provide no response, disgusting service and waste weeks of time and life force lol.

Do better shop elsewhere and read the reviews or buy and prepare for hassle!

I bought a set of drilled and grooved disks for my car and couldn’t be happier with them, top quality parts and good customer service. Will 100% be back getting disks again

Very pleased with the service from MTEC. I have had discs from the before and all worked as expected.

I have as yet used these on thesee in earnest but the short drive taken they perform well

I've used m tec for years, quality product and even better customer service. Couldn't be more happy and I'm probably on my 8th set of c hook black coat discs and pads over various cars.

Great customer service, had some issues with regards to being supplied the incorrect pads. A quick email to the excellent customer service team and everything was sorted, very politely and very professionally. Once I had all the correct parts fitting was a breeze, everything was the correct size and fit perfectly. Its early days, the brakes are barely broken in (couple of hundred miles), but they’re performing as expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my brakes from MTEC in the future, great product and a joy to do business with.

10/10 customer service as always, I even clicked the wrong discs and placed the order which was quickly rectified by Jo on the customer service team Within hours of my order.

Already had a great experience with MTEC so going back was always going to happen. Didn't have to call this time so just placed order on their site which was easy. Order confirmation emailed immediately to me. Quick dispatch again so happy again.

Purchased these brakes wrong size was sent out to me so when checked they did not fit the car. I then send them back and magically they was damaged by the own driver or warehouse team they show no proof. Be careful when returning they will rob you blind and make all sorts of stories up.
