Product is great so far, just bedding in the discs now so won’t see the full potential until 100miles or so is covered. Customer service is absolutely spot on, got personal WhatsApp messages all the way through the process and Mtec even messaged to double check the brakes I ordered were the correct fitting for my car. Outstanding professional communication!

Ordered a set of front brake discs - fitment was confirmed promptly and package arrived within a few days, with customer support available to whole time at short notice. Discs themselves are high quality and well-packaged. Would highly recommend.

I would like to review my brakes but it seems as parcel farce can't follow instructions and left in a random place not delivered to me now m tec will not replace as they say parcel farce has delivered with a random photo not at my door I even have a motion camera which has not been activated and I was in all day so I can only comment on the customer service which I am being asked to sign a form which they only send in read only which basically accuses me of having them very disappointed as I paid extra for faster delivery and then they said they didn't have them in stock so would send me different ones but more expensive which was not what I asked for but I would have excepted as I was desperate for brakes now 2 weeks on £300 down and looks like I will need to buy standard from Euro car parts
Update: Contrary to the reply below and signing the form they are refusing to answer me and still not delivering instead say they are contacting the police which I have already done so not actually helping!
Update 3 months on now not reading my messages not answering their phone and not answering emails or messages so only option left is trading standards, save your self a headache don't buy from this company

Nice lovely and polite team, best customer service I have dealt with in a while. The only thing is the break discs don’t come the little screw. But could be where I only ordered discs. But nice product looks great and felt good. And for the price and delivery time fairly unmatched

Have used M-Tec Brakes a few times in the past and have always had brilliant service (chatted via WhatsApp) to ensure the right parts, they even message to let you know when posted out too.
Recommendto everyone i know, even my 70yr old mother has the grooved and dimpled discs on her car (was a fair amount cheaper than the local motor factors, even for the "performance discs and pads").
Top quality products in the form of their discs and the proces on the pads (even performance ones) are competitive.
Thank you and will be in touch on my new cars in the future again.

Communication was fantastic. After ordering parts online I was contacted by WhatsApp to confirm the parts were correct for my vehicle. I was contacted again to let me know they were dispatched and again upon receipt to confirm all was in Order. Parts arrived within 24 hours. All round top service.
