I ordered brakes for my Audi SQ5
I ordered brakes for my Audi SQ5. After installation, the car was shaking so I had them checked and the runout was 0.62 on each disc. I don't understand why I should have the runout checked before installation when buying new goods and still pay for it when I buy new goods that according to customer service were checked. The brakes are not of good quality and a complaint is impossible. I do not recommend this company!

I have a mtec brakes on my volvo for the last 2 years so I thought it would be a great upgrade to get one for my bmw f11. I bought dimple and grooved 330mm discs for my BMW last year but only had a chance to fit them around 3 month ago. After around 2500 miles discs got warped and you could feel a vibration on steering wheel and pedal. Absolutely rubbish. Hub was checked with a gauge and there was perfect surface. Discs was 0.04mm which is still in a BMW tolerance. I cleaned all surfaces, didn't use a grease between a hub and a discs as it is not recommended by bmw. All cleaned with a metal brush to a bare metal, copper greased and slide pistons changed for a new ones. I used a mintex pads provided by mtec. Nearly a week of gentle driving and everything was spot on for 2500miles/3months. I had to change a brakes as it was impossible to drive like that. I. Bought a textar oem quality and there is no issue. Unfortunately it is another proof that BMW doesn't like a cheap aftermarket discs. Always make sure you're getting good quality discs but they're obviously not good got BMW 5 series. Can't blame them on my volvo. Lesson lear8, never again. Nearly £200 lost

It is great that you are pleased with your first purchase from us and that you have been using those discs for the last 2 years without any issue.
It is also great that you have confirmed the discs we supplied in your second order are within the BMW tolerance ('' Discs was 0.04mm which is still in a BMW tolerance. '') .
All discs would, of course, be made within tolerance and test reports are available.
We wish the info in the review had been reflected in the score given, however if you do wish to get in touch with our customer service team, they are on hand 6 days per week.

It's all good untill it isn't
These guys recommended me the wrong set of brakes. Despite I have provided my vin number before purchasing and being guided by one of their assistants. They had my chat disappear from their system and they pretend that I pay to ship back the discs, which costs about twice as much as if I were to purchase them brand new again. They say they do not offer free return unless it's their mistake and then they will manipulate their way into liquidation, just to not admit they f**ked up. What kids...
