This is a great company. Even though, at the moment, we are fiddling around with eco-packaging for one specific client Gary has been patient, helpful and friendly. And knowledgeable.

This is the first time I used an international packaging company for my coffee business, and I was a bit nervous about how all the details would go. If it was not for my sales representative, Karen Ding, I think I would have pulled my order and gone with a less custom but more familiar domestic option.

Karen was willing to answer all my questions, and send pictures and videos so I could see print techniques from real production examples. Her availability and willingness to answer my questions with tangible examples, helped me get over the anxiety of placing a large order outside of my country.

MTPak’s numerous material options and ability to custom build different size bags and utilize different print methods, is quite impressive.

I am in the process of my first order, looking forward to seeing our new bags in hand next week. But the customer service I received from Karen is already worth mentioning in a review. Thank you!
