Mtrrecycle Reviews

Very Professional, excellent service for metal collections. Communication is excellent throghout. i would highly recommend MTR Metals for all your metals collections

This company are nothing but crooks. Trying to pay half of what was offered for my phone which is in great condition. They are also refusing to return saying it is blacklisted. I have been on the phone for hours with o2 and it has never been reported lost or stolen. Avoid at all costs. This is the same company as the Samsung trade in company

Excellent service when trading in my old iPhone.
The on line registration and quote system gave me my price and a pack was sent out to me.
I returned the phone via RM special delivery and the money was in my bank account the following day.
The whole process was seamless and so easy. I will use again when I upgrade next time.

Very easy , got bag to send back in a day, sent off and money in bank within 4 days ,

The best company that I have used when recycling phones. Prompt, efficient service and performed exactly as advertised. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them in future.

Great company, fast service. I'm happy at all

Very simple and they didnt knock down the price by 80% like most recyclers do

Would highly recommend Samsung Recycle from start to finish extremely easy and payment was very prompt after receiving my phone. They send you what you need to post it back but I recommend putting in a box for extra protection.

A painless procedure though had to ask for a pre paid envelope twice, but once it arrived only a couple of days till the money was in the bank, would use again.....

Very Fast and Reliable service, kept up to date at every step.

Excellent service. All done within a week.

Absolutely fantastic service. Really straight forward

Very easy process and efficient

Was amazed at how easy the process was, received a very fair price for my S22 and astonished how quick the money was placed in my bank account. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using again.

I sent my phone to another company in fine working order to sell. They sent it bk damaged i contacted samsung and they told me about recyle they offered me 100 for my faulty s23. Was quick and easy and money went in my account sooner tham expected

Great service, the amount quoted was paid and simple quick and free shipping.

Sold my phone SO easily, and for the best price out there. I chose to pay for the more expensive shipping, which they send the label for so no having to print from home, but it got me the money, in my bank account, less than 24 hours after sending it. Such a quick and efficient and most importantly, pleasant experience!

Well managed process. Kept informed at every stage. Swiftly dealt with from receipt of initial confirmation email to acceptance of device and payment.

Simple process, clear instructions and I was paid what was promised. All transacted in 5 days from start to finish.
