Excellent customer service. Royal Mail managed to lose my first order with Mudflower. I notified Mudflower by email and received an apologetic reply within a few hours, even though it had been beyond their control, and a replacement was in my hands within 48 hours. Order arrived quickly. Item ordered (jacket) was excellent quality. Great colour and fabric. Item was well made. It fitted well and was exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable. I will keep looking for clothing from the website and will be confident to order again in the future.
