It started with Collin he was friendly and talked through everything. I phoned the staff in a little panic as I thought I missed a call and they were great.
Then Aaron and Jack who delivered and set up the chairs. They were friendly from the first phone call to the minute they left. They listened to were the chairs needed to go and talked me through each of the chairs. They were very professional but friendly including answering my questions.
I will recommend the company to everyone

Have just received my new Cotswold chair. It is fantastic, just wish I had ordered it a lot earlier.
Everything from the home demonstration to having it delivered was so easy and straightforward. Eddie who did the home demonstration and the staff in the office were so helpful and pleasant. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and set the chair up were excellent,

Demonstrated well by D'Arcy and no hard sell good assesment of my needs and use.
7-10 day delivery from that Friday, but delivery the Following Tuesday again good revision demonstration by James.
Excellent service so far and such nice people to deal with.
Now comes the test of using it for real. This model is so much more stable than any I have tried (in 17st.) Folds up and unfolds with the greatest of ease, did it one handed while filming to show my children. Can wheel it onto trains and busses as it folds to the size of a suitcase, so much more than I expected, no disassemble, takes up less than 1/3 of the boot. Larger and wider wheels as I want to be able to travel across grass etc (i know its limitations) most others I looked at would really only cope with pavements and shops etc.
Looking forward to overcomming some of my restriction with this well engineered peice of kit.

I am very impressed with the scooter which I have received from your company. The scooter is very light to lift and place in and out of the car, and is very stable when driving. With the spare battery I am able to drive for hours in comfort.
I look forward to driving my scooter everyday.
