Started with a phone call
Started with a phone after requesting a brochure ! Followed up with a visit by a salesman the following day !
The salesman was polite and informative and i felt under no pressure to purchase.
My wife felt comfortable in his presence and decided to buy the small easy fold up
buggy. when folded it can be placed in the boot of the SUV car with ease. The buggy was delivered within 3 days and the delivery man demonstrated the ease folding and unfolding . He was very polite and informative. My wife has now. used the buggy for over 2 weeks and is extremely please with the purchase . An added purchase was a canvas crutch bag and this has been invaluable, would strongly recommend this attachment.
Overall i recommended this company for the manner in which we have experienced.

A great company
A great company , was treated very well from start to finish. Was given a thorough demonstration of the chair in our home so we didn’t have to go to a store. Once we ordered our chair a few days later were sent a lovely thank you gift. The admin team kept us informed of the progress of our order. When delivered Gary and Kevin were very friendly and made sure the chair was in the right position and was working ok . Nothing was too much trouble to make sure we were happy with the delivery. Thank you to a great team

The gentleman who came to demonstrate the chair,
the lady on the telephone to book the delivery. The two delivery men very polite did the demonstration.

I have had an absolutely fantastic…
I have had an absolutely fantastic service with Muick Sandy. I choose the fx carbon because it's easy to handle lightbweight and easy to fold and will help me out when I am going out with my family. I'm pleased with the crutch bag and insurance package that comes with it. No pressure sale. The rep was brilliant himself and answered every single question that I had. Aaron and Jack. What can I say those two lads were incredible we had an amazing chat and I love that they both took their time to show me my new scooter. Those two are a credit to the company I was not rushed at all and they were both an incredible laugh. My dog loved playing with Aaron as he demod my new scooter. The office staff were on point and helped me with a delivery date and the drivers came on time. I am also happy with the hamper they sent out. Really makes you feel like part of the family. Once again thank you to everyone at muick sandy for a splendid delivery service. A side note. I love that the name is from the late Queens corgis.
