From the time I requested a visit to discuss having a new chair I could not have had better service.
The gentleman who came to demonstrate the chair,
the lady on the telephone to book the delivery. The two delivery men very polite did the demonstration.

The two gentlemen that delivered the scooter were without a doubt the nicest and professional persons that i could ask for. The described all start/stop and all driving usage to me. How to charge batteries and on board plug position as well. A very nice encounter. Well worth the stars given

I have had an absolutely fantastic service with Muick Sandy. I choose the fx carbon because it's easy to handle lightbweight and easy to fold and will help me out when I am going out with my family. I'm pleased with the crutch bag and insurance package that comes with it. No pressure sale. The rep was brilliant himself and answered every single question that I had. Aaron and Jack. What can I say those two lads were incredible we had an amazing chat and I love that they both took their time to show me my new scooter. Those two are a credit to the company I was not rushed at all and they were both an incredible laugh. My dog loved playing with Aaron as he demod my new scooter. The office staff were on point and helped me with a delivery date and the drivers came on time. I am also happy with the hamper they sent out. Really makes you feel like part of the family. Once again thank you to everyone at muick sandy for a splendid delivery service. A side note. I love that the name is from the late Queens corgis.

Very impressed with the service the chair is great love the colour and the high leg lift goin to help me a lot in day to day life. Appalling company. Terrible customer care. Avoid at all costs. Very poor quality and when something inevitably breaks it takes them a lifetime to repair it and they charge you a fortune.

Lee was very efficient and friendly. The mobility scooter is now working well and the problem is solved. Recommend .
