Everything from the demonstration of the mobility scooter, to the smooth delivery was excellent. The delivery guys Jack & Aaron were so friendly & polite. They were proud of the product & company that they work for & told us about the Royal connection to the firm. It's a British company & the service was excellent

The scooter was delivered as arranged and between the time stated. James and Isaac were the members of staff who assisted with bringing the scooter into the house because of the weather, demonstrating dismantling and restoring, key and battery details and all aspects of the scooters functions.

Had new buggy delivered today by a man named toby. He called before he was due to arrive, he came on time and demonstrated everything and talked through everything, was very detailed. He was very kind and polite

£4000 machine that could do with improvements…
it was well explained twice buy sales man and delivery guy we did ask about added cushions to aid comfort but could not help hence loss of one star. pointed out that the arm rest seemed not robust and could do with redesign due to people feeling secure on the machine. asked what was metal (FX) and the could not answer the question arms felt like plastic. other wise we are reasonably happy with product.

The 2 delivery men were wonderful, they delivered to me as soon as they could, as I had a friends birthday lunch to attend. They rang to give a tine they would be with me.They went through the scooters features with me and put the scooter on charge.I was very impressed with the service

I licked the product
I licked the product. Your sales guy was very informative. It was great having a chair to try. I didn't like your pricing structure. We ended up with a list price of over 11k and ended up with over 50 % discount. That to me says your starting prices are unrealistic

Excellent service
I asked for a catalogue - it was sent to me. When the sales person visited, he was very helpful, and stated that he would ask if the chairs could be made quickly, as he had been told I was to have a hip replacement operation. We ordered two bespoke riser / recliner chairs from Muick Sandy. The chairs were ready four weeks later, delivered by Kevin and Gary, who were efficient in setting them up for us, and patient when I needed to phone the bank to complete the payment. I feel that we have received excellent service though out this process, and my husband and I would like to thank the people involved in the manufacture of our chairs for getting them completed so quickly. I would recommend this firm without reservation.
