I am very hesitant ordering from random places online (especially such a LARGE order like ours for our small business). I communicated with Danny via email and he was incredibly helpful. From my understanding, most packaging will ship from overseas, so turn-time is not going to be SUPER quick. But honestly it is very comparable to most USA printers with a turn-time of 2-4 weeks for custom cartons. Their prices are VERY competitive. The first order we received, the color was not what we were hoping for. We sent in samples and Danny's team matched the color perfectly. The quality is absolutely stunning. The soft-touch and color smoothness are second to none. If you have specific colors you're trying to match, I'd definitely recommend sending samples or discussing before you order. But if you were doubtful like me, please know, their quality and work is outstanding!
