Phone Cust Support if your discount code doesn't work.
The cover was suitable for the cost of my trip. €240 for an annual "Worldwide incl. USA" policy for five people with the "Travel Disruption" add-on, zero excess and gadget insurance. Initially none of the discount codes that I had would work, which was very annoying. Multitrip phoned me following my review and clarified that something discount codes can only be activated by calling their customer care team. They also provided me with the refund of 10% which my discount code should have given me, so overall I was happy with the experience after all of that.
