(super fast and helpful support as well, they went above and beyond when I approached them with something that turned out to be my mistake)

The support is great. The video options are great (everything is possible). The price is great. Really happy I found these guys instead of the way more expensive Vimeo.

Awesome service for video hosting and with AI-driven technology. From Transcribing, to Searching the entire collection. Clean interface, and great support, along with feature requests that were put into the upcoming build within a couple of days! A decent and fair amount of storage for starting 5 bucks per month. Give these guys a try, they will not disappoint!

I am a wedding videographer and was in need of a video hosting platform to be able to show raw footage before producing the final product. I must say that Muse.ai, produces a stellar product and at an exceptional value. In all honesty, compared to the big kahuna- Vimeo, Muse.ai nearly hits all the marks for a video hosting platform. The one and the only aspect that they fall short in is Live Streaming. However, I still rate them 5 stars because they compensate for that in many ways with value and support to be two of the biggest. I will attest, I am a Vimeo Premium user and the support from Vimeo is spotty at best. If you contact them in the morning, you will be lucky to get an answer by dinner time. Muse.ai, responds to you within 5 minutes or so which is remarkable. Some of the top features that made me join their service is that it provides my clients an easy and clean platform to see just their videos and nothing else. It also has the ability to select the resolution for the video which is critical as I am charging for a 4K recording and my clients want to see their product in 4K. The fact that they also have the ability to stream the video directly to Chromecast or Apple Airplay is a game-changer. In conclusion, Muse.Ai is a Super Trifecta of a Video Hosting Platform. If you are in need of a video hosting solution, look no further and make the smart decision, and choose Muse.Ai. You will not regret it.

I have been using Muse.ai to host some training videos, I initially signed up to test out the service but I remained a subscriber for the past 9 months or so.
I have several other premium hosted video services, the video embed from Muse is the fastest and best performing.
I was looking for a YouTube and Vimeo alternative, and something cheap as I was getting started.
Their pricing is very good and the service is great.
I haven't reached out to support too often but when I do, I usually get someone on live chat within a minute or two.
They are fair with their policies but they do mention fair use a lot which is vague. I don't plan to host massive videos or use crazy bandwidth so I should be ok.
Overall, I highly recommend Muse.ai - the pricing is $8 so it's worth a try for a month to test it our for yourself.

I have been looking for an alternative to YouTube host my educational videos. YouTube is great but I wanted the platform to be distraction-free. Plus I did not want users to leave my website.
Muse.AI is perfect for me. The uploading process is hassle-free. It supports multiple formats. Their video player is easy to use and they have data-centers in multiple locations for global audiences.
Apart from video hosting, they have a ton of AI features! The speech recognition engine is quite good.

Been looking for a reasonably priced video hosting service, thats simple has a good api and has privacy settings out of the box. muse.ai ticks all these boxes and more. The primary reason I am sticking with these guys is for the exceptional customer service. They use a simple chat service which I never have to wait more than a few minutes for, they are polite helpful and has a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

I'm extremely happy that I found Muse! They give hope to anyone that wants to escape the big hosting companies that currently monopolize the online video market, and all at a very reasonable price.

I was also able to get some extra custom work done so that my video players behave exactly the way I need them to for my site. The players run silky smooth on every device that I tested them on.

Muse.ai can store your video and provides very powerful AI & Search features, such that you can look things up quickly and usefully.

Example: search for video of "John Lennon" riding a bicycle and saying "peace". It will then take you to the moment that is happening, if it exist.

Muse is a great video hosting service for any project. Customer support team was really helpful and guided me through the installation process. Would definitely recommend as an affordable alternative to Vimeo or Wistia.

Their API is robust and easy to use, their video player works well, and the few times I've had to reach out for support I've been impressed with how thorough and engaged the response has been. I plan on staying with muse.ai for as long as they'll have me.

I've been using muse.ai as an early adopter for some time now and I'm really impressed with the product.
I mostly use it to store and serve video and don't quite use the video search functionality yet, but will forward to explore that.
I like the clean and minimalistic UI and the fact that video loads very quickly.
The amount of storage and price is the best in the market even without the fancy features so I'd highly recommend this for folks looking for a video serving platform.

I use Muse.ai to search through conference videos and quickly find snippets of interest. I frequently use the key word search function and have found some really interesting video scenes by virtue of skipping through related keywords. This is unique to this platform and I have found it invaluable.

This platform can improve further but it is already super useful.

Muse.ai beats my expectations by far. They not only have the best video hosting out there, but also offer an awesome AI solution to transcribe the audio in your videos to searchable text. The face detection is also a super handy feature to allow you jumping into scenes where a character appears!

Seriously, at this price, with the amount of storage and AI features you're getting, this is a steal. Plus, customer support is super friendly and more than happy to help!

I started on the beta a year ago and while I liked the product idea, it was a little slow to upload videos. However, I have recently noticed a marked improvement all round and particularly with upload speeds and the speech transcription. I love that I can easily share video links in whatsapp with friends and family (including for my large wedding video!) and have started using this instead of wetransfer to allow friends to see my homemade videos.

I ended up not using the system for now, but during the trial I uploaded a bunch of videos and everything worked great and was very fast. I really liked how quickly the auto captions populated once the video was uploaded.

I also had a question about something and their help team (via chat) went above and beyond, even helped me tweak something with the javascript I was using to embed their player in a modal window. Highly Recommended!!
