⭐️ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Please Think Twice Before Ordering

I strongly recommend that you think twice before ordering from this company, especially if you are purchasing an outfit for an important occasion.

I ordered a dress for my son’s Nikah, which was a very special and important event for our family. I chose the outfit based on how it was presented and worn by the model. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different.

The fabric was changed, the dupatta was stitched very poorly, and the overall finishing and appearance were nowhere close to what I had ordered. It looked completely different from the pictures and from the outfit shown on the model.

What made the situation even worse was the timing. I had only five days left before my son’s Nikah, leaving me with virtually no time to find another outfit. I contacted them repeatedly and tried to explain my concerns, but instead of offering a proper solution, I was given excuses and endless explanations. I even asked them to send me the exact same dress I had originally ordered, but my complaint was simply dragged out.

For such an important occasion, this was extremely stressful and upsetting. A company should stand behind what it advertises and provide customers with what they actually order.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from them, particularly for weddings, Nikahs, or other important events where you cannot afford last-minute problems.

I am amending my review based on what happened since I gave Immama a 5 star review. Immama is a fantastic human being that I wholeheartedly feel is going to be amazing in all her future endeavors. Kanza is one of the Designers who sketched my custom blazer currently left to deal with my rage but has been communicating with me on 8/28 - 8/29, treating me with kindness and apologizing unlike Saba.

That being said, she apparently left, Musferah Saad has $795 USD from 7/7/26 and I have nothing as of 8/28/26!They feel entitled to more time providing zero customer service and no shipping date!

SABA IS HORRENDOUS, SHE REACHED OUT TO ME FOR THE FIRST TIME ON FRIDAY 8/21/26 AT 2:03AM WITH A TEXT MESSAGE AND 5:52AM WITH AN AUTOMATED ACCEPTING CALL TAB, WHILE I’M ASLEEP, TO FOLLOW UP ON MY ORDER THAT WAS PLACED WITH IMMAMA ON JULY 7th & JULY 9th! MY ITEMS WERE TO SHIP ON AUGUST 29th 2026! I TEXTED HER ON 8/21/26 LETTING HER KNOW THAT I AM ASLEEP AT THAT TIME TO PLEASE CALL ME AFTER 7:30AM CHANGING IT 10:30AM BECAUSE I AM BUSY! I ASKED HER MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT ME ON 8/21/26! SHE IGNORED ME ALL DAY ON 8/21/26, AGAIN BEGGING HER TO RESPOND! SHE FINALLY REPLIED ON 8/22 AT 1:14AM WITH A CALL BACK OPTION AND AT 1:15AM WITH A VOICE NOTE IN HINDI OR URDU? I EXPLAINED THAT I ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH! AND I WAITED ON HER ALL MORNING ON 8/22/26! SHE FINALLY REACHED OUT AT 7:28AM & 7:31AM BEHAVING AS IF I WAS INCONVENIENCING HER AND SHE QUPPIED ASKING IF I HAD RECEIVED PICTURES OF MY JACKET THAT SHE NEVER SENT! SHE KEPT ME ON THE LINE AND HURRIEDLY TOOK TWO PICS OF UNFINISHED JACKET WITHOUT ANY EMBELLISHED / EMBROIDERY/ LINING DETAILS AS DISCUSSED WITH IMMAMA AS WELL AS TWO CLIPS OF BACK / FRONT OF BLAZER DISCONNECTING THE LINE! SHE THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH THEIR SALES TATIC CONFIRMATION TEXT OF “I ADDRESSED YOUR CONCERN REGARDING SHADE AND YOU APPROVED THE PROTOTYPE FOR EMBELLISHED DETAILS TO BE APPLIED”! SHE GHOSTED ME FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK LEADING INTO THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER! THIS WOMAN NEVER TOLD ME IMMAMA LEFT.

SIDE NOTE I HAD REQUESTED ON 8/18/26 AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER TO VIEW THE PROGRESS OF THE EMERALD QUEEN OUTFIT TO BE SHARED WITH ME BECAUSE I WAS QUOTED 3-4 WEEKS AS THE TIMELINE FOR MY ITEMS! I ONLY RECEIVED A HAPHAZARD VIDEO ON AUGUST 20th 2026 OF THE FINISHED OUTFIT AND NO JACKET! SABA THEN IGNORED ALL MY INQUIRIES SENT ON 8/22/26 AND ONWARD REGARDING ALTERING THE EMERALD QUEEN OUTFITS’ PANTS AS WELL TWO ADDITIONAL OUTFITS I WAS INTERESTED IN CUSTOM ORDERING! DO YOU KNOW SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME AGAIN SINCE 8/22/26? TODAY IS 8/28/26 AND A LOVELY DESIGNER NAMED KANZA WHO INITIALLY DEFENDED SABA’S ACTIONS EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED SCREENSHOTS OF THIS NIGHTMARE INTERACTION ASKING ME, A PAYING CLIENT, TO GIVE THEM MORE TIME TO COMPLETE MY ORDER! KANZA IS CONFUSED AS APPARENTLY NONE OF THEM READ MY EXCHANGES OF THE PREVIOUS MESSAGES I HAD TO FORWARD TO TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE!

SO ALL OF YOU WHO RECEIVED WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM SABA, KNOW THAT SHE TREATED ME LIKE TRASH SO THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR ORDERS FASTER THAN ME WHOSE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS!

Ordered from them a custom size outfit. They delivered exactly what they promised. Customer service is also great. Very responsive and accommodating.

Truly what a great company. From the day I’ve placed my order, musferah customer service team have been great and shipped this suit less then a week to the Uk. Always communicating every step of the way from ordering the suit to shipping it off and also once the suit was complete they send you a video aswell. They have a been so great to talk to and very polite. I recommend this shop overall a fantastic company and a Pleasant team.

The dress arrived promptly, the customer service was absolutely amazing! The consultant made sure everything was accurate and changed the color to what I wanted. I loved my outfit and I was complimented by everyone! Definitely recommend Musferah Saad. They are the best:)

Excellent customer service and very responsive over WhatsApp! They sent pictures, videos, and had voice calls with me to make sure that everything is to my liking. Designs are beautiful.

My experience with Musferah Saad was really pleasant and professional. Ive had alot of experience with many pakistani designer and the whole process tends to be quite stressful but with Musferah Saad it was actually quite smooth sailing. Credit really goes to fashion consultant Kanza who I was allocated with. She made sure I got updates continously and checked sizing and fitting. When I received my outfit it looked exactly like on the model. The only issue I had was with the waist fitting but Musferah Saad took the feedback with grace and a chance to enhance their customer service. All in all from my experience I would definitely order again from them.
