My overall experience with Mysie was superb! I ordered a dress from them and was absolutely delighted with the quality, fit, and service. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely recommend Mysie!

I recently placed an order with Mysie, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I ordered the Ehmaal outfit, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality and design are outstanding, and the outfit exceeded my expectations.

The customer service was exceptional. Both Kandeel and Suneel & iram were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, responded promptly to my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I know there are some negative reviews, but they certainly don’t reflect my experience. Everything went perfectly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Mysie again. If you’re considering placing an order, don’t let the negative reviews put you off. I had a fantastic experience and absolutely love my purchase. Highly recommended!

Please choose other brands than this. They have the worst service. They delay the product until a day before your event and don’t even apologise for it. And then unfortunately you cannot even do refund and they continue to drag it very long until you feel so helpless since you’re abroad. That have no sympathy or deen. Worst service and worst brand ever.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely shocking experience.

I would not recommend buying from Mysie.

My agreed delivery date has already passed, yet they are still refusing to provide a single photo of my customised dresses. Every time I ask for proof, I’m told they need to “ask the team”, but nothing is ever sent.

Communication has been terrible. I’ve spoken to multiple different people, each giving different information, with excuse after excuse. I’ve repeatedly been told the dresses are ready, but there is still no evidence they even exist.

Because my order wasn’t delivered on time, I’ve already had to spend over £200 on alternative clothing and accessories, and I still have to buy another wedding outfit. I’m now around £600 out of pocket because of their failure to deliver.

The constant delays, broken promises, lack of transparency and changing stories have caused unnecessary stress during an important family wedding.

If you are considering ordering for a time-sensitive event, I would think very carefully before placing an order with Mysie.

I’ve ordered around four suits from Mysie now, and every single one has been absolutely stunning. The quality, fit, and attention to detail have been perfect every time.

The customer service has also been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, someone has always responded quickly and been so helpful throughout.

I was a little worried after seeing some negative reviews online, but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Every order has arrived exactly as expected, and I’ll definitely continue ordering from them. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I ordered the Feroze outfit from Mysie, and I couldn't be happier. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived in the UK within just 4 days, which was incredible.
The customer service was outstanding—both Qndeel and Fanila were friendly, responsive, and so helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and answered my questions promptly, making the experience completely stress-free.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. You are constantly lied to and ignored. I was so stressed and freaking out and the lady does not help at all she will ignore your messages and lie to you about every little thing making you feel crazy as when u question it they completely disregard it and give an irrelevant reply. So many times i was promised my dress would be delivered on 27 march, i asked for the dispatch date which then i was also told 27 march, they did not make sense i even asked in urdu and still they avoided answering that. I was told my dress was shipped but when asking a diff number for the same company i was told the dress is in QA and has not yet been shipped. I am so happy i no longer have to speak to the customer service team as they drive you so mad. I am also really happy with my dress it is beautiful but make sure you order way in advance as they do not stay on timelines.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order worth PKR 135,000 and paid the full amount in advance, yet my order was delivered 11 days late. Throughout this delay, their customer service was unacceptable. They did not pick up my calls, did not reply to my messages, and completely ignored me despite my repeated attempts to contact them from multiple numbers. I was only able to get a response when I contacted them from a completely different number.
Even after that, they kept giving excuses and false assurances, saying that the parcel had been received and would be dispatched soon, but they kept delaying it. When I asked for proof of dispatch, they did not provide it immediately and only shared the receipt the next day. This entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.
What made it even worse was that this order was for my brother’s wedding, and I received the dress only three days before the event. For such an expensive order, this level of service is unacceptable. Their policies are also ridiculous: if the dress is below PKR 150,000, they demand full advance payment, and if it is above PKR 150,000, they take half in advance. I paid in full and still went through this terrible experience.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any clothing brand. I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless you can personally visit their Lahore store and deal with them face to face. Otherwise, ordering from them is a huge risk.

I went against my better judgement and went with these guys to design my wife’s dress

And the dress in my wife’s eyes came out perfect

They did everything as they said all the measurements lined up, delivery was actually much better than expected

I put in fortnightly reminders just to text them for updates and progress which they was prompt with texting back
