Never ever order from them
They send my paid order with cash on delivery to get two payments they are fraud

The dress i received was completely of a different color than that what was shown in the picture. Not even a close shade. And then there is no support to get a refund for the customers. Huge gap between the production and the photoshoot. Waste of money. Quality was already nearly acceptable but now the color is another problem they have.

Poorest Service Do Not Order Ever
My bad that I placed an order on 29th July worth 21k.
First PostEx didn't deliver it and Mushq didn't take any headache at all..
Despite multiple attempts to reach and contact them no action has been taken and I have to suffer a lot due to their poor service and lack of communication

Wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering. Placed an order for a dress for a wedding. Said it would be dispatched in 7 days. I contacted them 2 weeks later after placing order to let them know I hadn’t received any shipping confirmation email of shipping. They said there was a production delay. I asked if it would even be possible to get my item and they said they would let me know within 24hours. That was 5 days ago and still no answer. I followed up yesterday to remind them and still no reply. I’ve asked for them to cancel and refund my order. I will also be contacting the bank to get my money back as I doubt they will process the refund. Now I am without the an outfit for a wedding that will take place in a few weeks. I wish I never placed an order.

Late Delivery & Poor Service

I would not recommend ordering from them. They initially gave me a delivery date of 4 May 2026, which was already a full month wait.

On 7 May, I visited the store and was told it would take 5 more days. After those 5 days, they called and said the order was ready.

Today, on 17 May, I visited again, and now they are saying there is an issue with the sleeves that they failed to check earlier, and it will take another 2 days. Very disappointing experience and poor coordination.

If I could this 0 stars I would! Absolutely appalling service and one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I spent over $200 to be treated like dirt.

I placed my order on 16th April after being clearly advised that delivery would take 2 weeks. After waiting patiently, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, only to be given completely inconsistent and contradictory information. First I was told dispatch would be around 18th May, then this changed to 20th May, despite later being told that stitched orders are dispatched within 4 weeks — which by their own stated timeline should have been 14th May.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. I contacted three different WhatsApp numbers and sent multiple emails, all of which were ignored. It was only after tracking down a fourth contact number that I finally received a response, and even then it was nothing more than generic, robotic replies that failed to answer my questions or address my concerns.

I made it explicitly clear that I was travelling internationally and needed this outfit for an important event, yet this was completely disregarded. Their failure to honour the original timeframe or provide any meaningful solution left me with no option but to cancel my order at the last minute, leaving me with only days to find a replacement suit.

Unreliable delivery promises, terrible customer service, poor communication, and a completely avoidable stressful experience. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering from this company, particularly if your purchase is for an important event or needed by a specific date.

Do not waste your money ! these guys are a SCAM spent over $250 dollars, $70 to have sent to usa, and these guys have no idea how to deal with the customer, i ordered small they sent xsmall, and wont return it, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS, go anywhere else

I bought a dress from usa and they sent me a defective piece.it was around 250 dollars dress with hidden 21 dollars import charge.
It was defective from back and too tight sleeves.
Do not waste your hard earned money.

I recently purchased Verve from their luxury pret collection. The outfit itself us a 10 out of 10 and deserves 5 starts for quality, fit and price. My only reason for giving them a 4 star review instead of a 5 star was because they completely let me down on service when it came to delivery. They stipulated it would be dispatched within 5 days if ordering which was confirmed to me upon ordering. I actually really love that they have an automated WhatsApp messaging service that confirms your order automatically with estimated dispatch times. I ordered with plenty of time for my outfit to arrive for a wedding. Nearly 2 weeks later I found myself chasing as there was still no dispatch. I had to message them several times chasing and being assured it will arrive on time until it was too late. The outfit literally arrived 1 day after the event. Honestly, their service in responding to customers was not bad at all but they need to work on getting deliveries out on time as mine was 2 weeks over their own promise.

Having said all this i will still order again as I absolutely cannot praise the quality, style and fit of this outfit. I am looking forward to wearing it at another special event.

Received a dress, definitely not the same colour at all. In the picture it was golden, and silk looked so smooth and silky but the actually it was a sea green colour and the quality of silk is not that great

Received my order today and specifically told them armhole sizes and lining to be added to sleeves but when the outfits came they were clearly not the sizes requested. They added lining after the outfit has been stitched. Poor quality and untrustworthy as the sizes were not what they showed in photos. All they want is your money and don’t care about service. Will never order from them again but Do not order from them

The quality of the dress was different and much poorer than what was depicted. The color of the dress was also listed incorrectly. When I received the dress, it was a different color. I attempted to reach out to Mushq, but they stated that I “be rest assured. We are dispatching the same outfit to all customers.” I don’t think it’s ok that all your customers are receiving the wrong item.

Unfortunately, their poor standards and deplorable customer relations won’t have me making the same mistake twice.

Had ordered sona dress and was same as picture 🫶🏼 and received in 2 days great experience and high quality stuff
