⚠️ PUBLIC COMPLAINT AGAINST BAROQUE (BILAL TEXTILE)

I placed an order for 4 suits from BAROQUE under Order No. #BQU1418401_1, with a total invoice amount of Rs. 27,362.

Unfortunately, I received only 3 suits. The following item was missing:

Product: EMBROIDERED LAWN UF-4474
SKU: ESUF4474
Invoice Price: Rs. 8,962.50

I have already contacted the company's customer support team multiple times. However, they continue to insist that all 4 suits were dispatched, while I received only 3.

I am requesting BAROQUE to investigate this matter properly and either send the missing suit at no additional cost or refund its price.

I have the invoice and order details available as evidence.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves it promptly. If the matter remains unresolved, I will consider filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authority and pursuing other lawful remedies.

I am sharing my experience so that the matter can be addressed transparently.

Disappointing Experience with BAROQUE

I am extremely disappointed with BAROQUE’s product quality and customer experience.

We ordered the Embroidered Chiffon PR-757 (Size M) under Order #GUZ95Q38P and paid PKR 19,950. Unfortunately, the suit we received was torn, damaged, and appeared to have been previously worn. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new outfit purchased from a reputed clothing brand.

To make matters worse, the dress price was shown as PKR 14,990, while we were charged PKR 19,950—a difference of PKR 4,960 that requires a clear explanation.

Customers pay premium prices expecting new, undamaged products and transparent pricing, not damaged or apparently used clothing.

We expect BAROQUE to take responsibility, provide a brand-new suit, collect the damaged item at the same time, and clarify the price discrepancy.

This experience has seriously damaged our confidence in the brand. We hope the management takes this complaint seriously and resolves the matter professionally.

Please ensure proper quality checks and transparent pricing before delivering orders to customers.

Dont buy poor service, I am extremely dissatisfied with Baroque delivery service. The service has been very poor, frustrating and, quite frankly, unacceptable. This has now happened twice, where the rider/delivery person did not even reach the destination, yet the system showed that the delivery had been returned. What is even more disappointing is that when I contacted your WhatsApp number, I was simply told to place the order again. This is a complete waste of my time and money, and I find the whole experience extremely frustrating. Nit recommeas this level of service is simply not acceptable. Very disappointed.

My experience with baroque is not good. I have ordered 3 dresses 1 is complete and other 2 have missing pieces.There response time is very slow. Kindly assist me how to proceed my complain speedily . I have already complained about it but still no solution.

Item is not what is shown in the picture. It’s like a copy of what is shown on their website.
On top of that international buyers cant even exchange or return the items. Thats such a bad policy.

Highly unsupportive regarding customer care. Lack of integration within deptts. My matter of returned article is pending for around 3 months. Voucher code issued to me isn't applicable. Upon asking it was told me that it's already been used while I haven't used that. No reply of the email.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I am extremely disappointed with their service. It has been more than a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received my dress. Every time I contact your team, I am given the same response: “You will receive it today” or “It will be delivered tomorrow.” These promises have been repeated countless times, yet nothing has been delivered.

This level of delay and the constant false assurances are completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to provide quality customer service. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps giving me the same scripted responses without any real action.
Your delivery process and customer support have been extremely frustrating, and I sincerely regret placing this order.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. They do NOT care about customers. Do NOT recommend their products. A lot of their articles actually do not even look like the pictures, the pictures are heavily photoshopped. Their response time as well as their response itself is a joke. Save your money and find a better Pakistani website.

Very very untidy work i ordered 55k dress but it looks like shit and lahanga with no flair and no length

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from their side, customer service is poor.
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, i would NOT recommend them

I placed an order for multiple unstitched outfit on April 18, 2026, for delivery in Karachi, but as of May 7, 2026, I still have not received it. I need time for stitching before returning overseas, and now it looks like I may have to leave without my parcel.

It appears that Baroque shipped my order late, and TRAX Courier may have lost the package. Despite numerous calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, there has been no proper resolution or customer support.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will seriously think twice before doing business with Baroque again.

I ordered made to fit three pieces arrived well before expected date. The quality was good will definitely buy again

The service was fine. Problem is the price and quality don't match . This is my second baroque suit. The material is very thin, poorly stitched and the finish is not reflected by the high price tag! The colour is also completely different !! It's a dark olive colour in reality and in the photos it's clearly shown as a light green, so it's not lighting but the incompetent and colour blind marketing and photography department 🤦🏽‍♀️! To be frank, don't waste your money just buy the material and have it made, at least that way it will fit properly and be stitched properly . I now have to have it tailored and fixed, I cannot be bothered to inform baroque as their policy is a waste of time. I won't be ordering from them again .

I have a very very bad experience with Baroque. Their customer service is the worst service I ever experienced!! They have no professional or ethical values. I have ordered an unstitched suit 3 weeks ago before eid. But it was never delivered, as promised in their webpage. So I contacted their customer service. Everyday they lied to me saying that it will get delivered. Finally they said my dress is getting stitched, while I have ordered an unstitched suit. That means they don’t read, don't even care what is the problem of the customer rather just lie! I have never seen such services in other brands like Bareeze, Maria B , sana safinaz, elaf etc! Either their brand Baroque is not professional or their employees is not professional. Such a CB pity

Terrible, ridiculous company. Incompetent, thieves, compulsive liars.
They didn't deliver my ordered articles, nor did they refund my payment... it's been two months of hearing excuses after excuses about delay in refunding.
I wonder what they are using my money for since they clearly aren't capable of offering any service.
Never going to use them again.

i am shocked to see so many reviews regarding delivery issues sadly i have just seen it now, they are horrible, they increase prices when they see an article is doing well, on top of that they dragged me for 4 weeks and then said that the item is not available anymore , wasted a month of my time i could have ordered from else where, pathetic horrible rubbish service from baroque not trustworthy at all

I wish I had seen these reviews before making an order, this supposed to be my mums birthday present and guess what it’s still not been delivered after three weeks
First of all when making a order from there ready to wear range automatically you would think it’s available, but guess what they actually not ready to wear range they do the stitching after you place an order
And when you try to contact them on watsapp they do not check your messages on time and reply back when they feel like replying back, no customer service whatsoever.

Did not expect this from such a big brand never ever making an order from them ever again such a waste of time and energy

Where do I start?? I placed the order (custom stitching) that required 3-4 weeks to be made.Upon request,Baroque very kindly agreed to stitch my order within 9 days!! I have to say that Baroque didn’t upset me with my expectations …Yes there were few issues in between but the company was in regular loop of communication and taking things on board. They did a mistake but rectified it by posting my order to UK ,what else can anyone ask for? I understand that many companies let International customers down one way or the other, but I made this clear to the company that the problem needs to be rectified.I received my parcel today, stitched to ABSOLUTE perfection and OUTSTANDING quality!
Keep up the good work BAROQUE..!

The order never made it to my doors nor did they take the intitiate to send my another.
No dispatch email of tracking info was sent to me either.
International customers should be cautious dealing with this website. Avoid Barqoque.
