Very disappointing experience with Motifz. It has been 2 months since I placed my order, and it still has not been delivered to Multan.

I have emailed them several times asking for an update, but every time I receive a different explanation or excuse, with no clear delivery date or proper solution. After waiting this long, the lack of transparency and reliable customer service is extremely frustrating.

I expected much better service from Motifz. Customers should not have to keep chasing an order for two months without receiving accurate information.

I would not recommend ordering from Motifz based on my experience unless they improve their delivery process and customer support.

Went to the store in Bradford and the manager started a physical altercation with a man alongside a woman with a baby who got pushed and injured as a result . The manager bought out a metal bar to fight and police were called , whilst the police where called the man was then locked in the shop whilst being attacked by 4 other employees .

They are so pathetic,the quality of the fabric was just so cheap as if I bought it from a thrift store. I ordered 3 suits, all of them are like I wasted my whole money.I have never written any sort of reviews before but to avoid confusion and raise awareness among others am doing. Never buy or trust their quality.Like the product doesn't even match the image that is shown in the advertisement.Stop shopping from them and save your money.

This brand has been a huge disappointment. The items I received were completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality was poor, and it felt misleading. To make things worse, they refused to exchange the product or provide a fair solution. Their customer service was unhelpful and ignored my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this brand. Shop elsewhere if you want to avoid frustration and disappointment.

I ordered two pret articles and they were pathetic in terms of stitching, embroidery as well as fabric. Never buy anything from them, they have poor customer service as well. They do not have return policy and exchange is also almost not possible Beware of this fraud brand and save your money.

I bought a suit two days ago at the Bahria Town Lahore branch, and the shirt color turned out to be two different types. While buying, I told the staff to open it and check it. They did not check it. This brand is of very poor quality.

Motifz customer service is pathetic and very rude in dealing with customers. I will never recommend to purchase their products as they are not up to standards. They display differently with the purchases and quality is extremely poor and bad. They don't have refund policy and their exchanges are very complicated issues.
Don't buy any thing from them.
They are cheaters as well as lying in customer dealings.

Ordered a stitched suit that came with horrible stitching and was Torn right in the front. Imagine paying 8k on a suit only to throw it away in rubbish

Do not order from them!!! 4 mths ago I ordered 5 tops, THEY say they sent them, but I never received them. They told me they would resend them, but never did. When I demanded a refund, they stopped responding to me. SCAM!!

Worst experience, i have ordered stitched dresses, totally waste of money, size is awful, fabric is torn from shoulder and there are stitches which is showing that you already knew fabric is not usable, please don't sell anything to anyone

The fabric is ok. But the colours of trouser and shirt are dark and light, not matching. The laces used are so cheap and inexpensive, opposite of what shown in picture of model wearing it. Not worth it. Plus in exchange policy you have to bear all the expenses.
Their sale is only selling of damage, mismatch, inexpensive laces, cheap fabric products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered an item it came through damaged (clearly not damaged in transit but poor quality checks at their warehouse), all they offered was to send it back to be replaced. Both sending back and shipping the new item over I was to pay for. These fees would have amounted to the price of the dress, I am not a happy customer and will not be returning to purchase again from this business. Did try to resolve via WhatsApp messaging but of course with the way this business work they decided to just start ignoring me. The worst service. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful suits

Had a really bad experience buying from Motifz Emporium Branch Lahore. I bought a suit and 2 panels were missing from it. When I asked for return, the 'fresh' pieces the shopkeepers brought had multiple defects in them. I asked for the refund, they refused. Then I asked them for another dress. Upon a close look I found defects in the other dress as well. The dresses are overpriced, finishing is poor and the staff is really rude. With so many other reputable brands, I would recommend not buying from Motifz.

AVOID at all costs. This Pakistani company are thieves. You order on their website and they never deliver the actual product.
They will argue with you and tell you its been delivered when it has not. They also have very rude team members who don’t know how to deliver customer service the right way.
They make you feel like its your fault you haven’t received the parcel.

In all honesty so many Pakistani online stores are far better than these guys. Who order and deliver items the right way.

For your own sanity avoid this RUDE and Criminal company.

Bought 2 suit, one of the suit wasn't same as on website. Trying to contact customer services on WhatsApp, which they reply when ever they want. Told me to file a complaint. Couple of week after complaint some one get back to me and says you have only 7 days to return your item.
