Extremely disappointing experience with Nishat Linen.
I bought two shirts from Nishat Linen and was extremely disappointed with their return policy and the way the staff handled my concern. There was no proper assistance, no professional attitude, and absolutely no effort to understand or resolve the issue.
The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like the only thing that mattered was taking the customer’s money. If a customer spends their hard-earned money, they deserve basic respect, proper guidance, and professional customer service.
I honestly regret shopping here. Very poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I will think twice before buying from Nishat Linen again and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Should have read the reviews before ordering! Sizes are all over the place. Received a size S that is 54 inches chest and other sizes are too large.
I have emailed them - let’s see if they respond.

I had a nightmare experience with Nishat Linen's online store regarding order PK-2323246. I placed an order and immediately requested urgent delivery to my address. After a week of total silence, I had to follow up on January 21st. Seeing no progress or dispatch, I finally sent a formal email to cancel the order on January 29th. Shockingly, their customer service refused the cancellation later that same day, claiming it was already dispatched from their end, despite holding onto it for over two weeks with zero updates. To make matters worse, while they delayed my order, they actually put the exact same item on sale online. This is an incredibly deceptive and unprofessional way to treat customers. They hold your payment, ignore cancellation requests due to their own massive fulfillment delays, and trap your money. I am attaching the email thread as proof of their terrible customer support and total lack of efficiency. Avoid ordering online from them.

Very disappointed to shop from nishat online freedom to buy range.
The package had one missing item and other wrong one. While nishat customer service is very poor.
I wouldn't buy anything from nishat in future. That's it.

The shirt length is to short for unstich item , to small pieces for the front. Very Very poor experience

Pathetic customer service and poor size measurement
I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from Nishat Linen. I ordered a Medium size, but the garment fits much larger than expected and feels closer to a Large size. The sizing appears inconsistent with standard measurements.

What is even more frustrating is that customer service refused to offer any solution because the item was purchased on sale. I was simply told that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, despite the sizing issue.

Customers should be aware that the sizing may not be accurate, and if you purchase during a sale, you may be left with an item that does not fit and no option to exchange it. I expected better quality control and customer service from a well-known brand.

Worst website — 0 stars.

They don’t reply to emails. I ordered three suits and still haven’t received them, even though the money has already been withdrawn — and it’s a VERY large amount, especially when converted from Danish kroner to Pakistani rupees.

Shame on you. You should focus on learning how to run a proper business, both nationally and internationally, before taking customers’ money. It honestly seems far too difficult for you to handle.

I am writing this review for help to those who purchase online to be careful with your online payment specially those who are overseas customers, i have ordered online on 16 November 2025 2 pret from itlay without replacing my order they deduct my amount which was around 23000 pkr rupees first i was waiting to receive a confirmation email regarding my order so i can give details to my family in Pakistan to receive my order so there was nothing and almost a day i have wait to get the confirmation email then i sent them an email and my brother also call them from Pakistan to understand if order is done or not, so they told him order was not generated but payment was ducted, so they said to my bro now we can only give you coupon code and you can make an order again, so i got a coupon code through email, i have tried again but coupon code even doesn't work, so again and again i contact them for the refund and they told me normally we refund the amount with 45 to 60 days but we will process it for you as soon as possible, now its 18th of January 2026 and still i didn't get my refund amount, so please be careful with your advance payments its totally a scam.... Big name but very pooooor services very disappointed

Very disappointing experience with Nishat Linen. The dress I received was not like the picture at all. The dupatta style was completely different and the color was not the same. On top of that, return or exchange is not possible, even if you go to their branch. This was my last order from them. They do not even deserve 1 star. Very bad service.

Customer service is so bad specially for sale items

Exchange also isn’t allowed for smaller/ bigger size issue and you eventually end up wasting your money

I order online with order no 85587 and size does not fit, Its my first buying from Nishat and I wanted to give gift to my wife unfortunately it loose fitting for stitched clothes. Customer care saying for sale items its not exchangeable. No solution just nooooo.

Tasteful designs, unique pieces and awesome prices! Love the brand, imo would totally go for it every time i want a trendy lawn outfit!
