Warning to International Buyers: Absolute Scam & Horrible Quality!

International buyers, please be completely aware—this brand is an absolute scam! I wasted Rs 42,000 on two stitched outfits (Kaia NE-229 and Seeran NE-232), and what they delivered is nothing short of garbage compared to their heavily edited, fake promotional photos. I wish I could share pix.
The fabric is the cheapest material imaginable—you could buy the exact same pathetic quality for 1,000 rupees in any local roadside market. On top of that, the length is short by almost 2 inches, and they actually have the nerve to brush it off and call it a "minor defect"! The detailing is completely missing too—there are no pearls and no cutout holes as advertised. The stitching is completely botched, uneven, and totally unwearable. They take your hard-earned money and send you literal trash.
When you confront them, their horrific customer service takes zero accountability. They had the disgusting audacity to offer me a measly Rs 3,000 voucher as a slap in the face after robbing me blind, and then expected me to pay out of pocket to ship their defective rags back. If anyone leaves a comment saying their products are not worth the pricing, they instantly delete the comment and block you from everywhere to hide the truth!
Ordering from them was the biggest mistake of my life, and looking at this mess just makes me want to cry. I am posting pictures so you all can see the reality of what they send out. Save your hard-earned money, do not fall for their lies, and stay far, far away from this fraudulent brand!

I placed my first online order from Nureh PK (Ready to Wear collection) and within a week my outfit was delivered via SkyNet/DPD to the UK. I tracked it through the Shop app.
I’m super impressed with the service I received and my outfit looks even prettier than the photos online.

Each and every detail of the dress is mindblowing. I received the dress in a nice packaging and the quality of fabric is top notch. It was my first experience and i am fully satisfied with my purchase. InshAllah will order again.

The quality of the fabric is not very good,also the stitching isn't good either the silk kaftan (TW-26-) the fabric isn't silk it's a different type of not so good quality silk, also the color combination didn't look as good as in the picture, the embellishments is also different color that looks really old and not stylish. The lace is also glued and not sewed on. I also ordered many velvet suits, the velvet is good and so are the designs though again some stitching was open and buttons were loose and hanging off.

Firstly I ordered a maroon chiffron dress for my aunt from nureh and she absolutely loved it. A perfect party wear with top notch quality and super affordible price. So went on placing my second order which was a pretty green net dress. However needed to replace it since it's a frock and i mistook it for a long shirt. I therefore requested for an exchange and the the staff has been very accommodating. Super grateful for it.

My online order was urgently delivered upon request because i had a flight to catch but there was some issie with the outfit. After contacting the brand they arranged the replacement delivery the next day and collected the damaged product

Very poor quality. loose threads everywhere and the pants were waaay too short. the actual product genuinely looked nothing like the image. i tried contacting customer support and they only offered to give a 10 dollar voucher (the suit was 60). ridiculously bad.

I purchased two suits which were labeled as being "in stock" or "restocked." I ordered smalls in both. Based on their own pictures on the website, one suit was floor length and the second was ankle length. I chose the suits based upon the design (including the length of the shirt). What was received was two knee length shirts in the same fabric. Neither looked like the picture advertised on their website. The website sells both the fabric for the suit or you can choose to by it ready made. It was advertised as being in stock for the ready made option. However, they clearly were cheating me out of the materials because I ordered from abroad and failed to sew the shirt as advertised
When I contacted customer service, I was advised "the articles are in my possession" and "international exchanges are a very costly process." They failed to address the issue (when video and pictures were provided showing the discrepancy of the shorter shirts not matching the pictures on their own website) and kept saying "Well you have the clothes now." So they only know how to make a sale by cheating the customer out their money using the old bait and switch routine. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE GETTING THE GARMENT SHIPPED.

I ordered NUREH LOVE STRUCK NP-427 and it's absolutely Beautiful. The deep red colour is so rich and festive.The embroidered organza shirt with handwork embellishment is so elegant and the detailing on the dupptta is gorgeous. Fabric quality is premium and the silk inner makes it comfortable too. Packaging was lovely and came exactly like the catalog picture .NUREH never disappoints .HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

NSG-197, the patches attached to the dopatta were stiff had to remove them. Fabric quality is not fine and its average. It's not "lawn" shirt or 'chiffon' dopatta. Not a go to brand for buying designs with comfort; only for occasional wears.
Just the design of the product was good with laser cut details.
