We’re pleased to hear you’ve found a teacher who makes you feel relaxed and supported, and that you value her analysis of your singing. That foundation makes a real difference to progress.
We’re sorry to hear you found parts of the app difficult to navigate. For context, we have an in-house IT team who continually work to make the platform clear and easy to use across devices. If you’re open to it, please write to us with a bit more detail about the device you’re using and the information you struggled to find. We’ll investigate this further and take it forward with the team.
Thank you again for your feedback — it’s genuinely helpful.
