The products that we ordered are…excellent

The products that we ordered are amazing but the customer service is absolutely atrocious, we have only just received in the last 2 weeks our order that was placed back on 26th November 2023, there was no communication as to whether our parcel had been sent other than one email with a tracking number that never changed from pending, it took for me to get a bit angry in an email to get any kind of information regarding our order. Call me a Karen but just courtesy email would have been enough to explain or any kind of information would have been great. Disgusting customer service.

Hi Hayley, You received the product that no one could get in. We actually went above and beyond to make sure you received the goods. The main thing is that we delivered the goods to you. We did email and keep you updated and were very polite towards you. People need to understand that at the moment there are shortages and delays and it is beyond our control. We updated you and kept in contact. As soon as i heard from you we responded and actioned things for you right away. As we did mention that there were delays and goods were sent out and lost in post as well to make things even worse. Om happy you have the product. We delivered what you wanted at the end. And that is the most important thing. Enjoy your item :)

After purchasing a particular model online I was later advised that this one was no longer available and I was to get the new model which is a slight upgrade. That was appreciated. Communication from there on was sparse with minimal content with replies that fely automated as they did not provide all the information I had requested. Shipping, once initiated arrived in a reasonable time.

Impressive.

Didn't have the unit I ordered and they upgraded to the next model up at no extra charge, Very much appreciated. Took less than 5 working days to get to me. Service the way it should be. 6 Stars.

No delivery after two weeks

Two weeks from ordering, the product has not been received. One week since emailing follow up inquiry and receiving updated status to shipped but Australia Post tracking still shows Ready for Processing - which suggests the item has been given a tracking number but not yet actually provided for delivery.

One of the worst businesses I've dealt…

One of the worst businesses I've dealt with. Advertised last one in stock but turns out they had none. Sent several emails asking where my item is and they did not respond. Found their facebook page and sent a message they responded saying they had none in stock and would take a month from the order date to get it. At that time I had already escalated a paypal compliant. They told me they had refunded my money, however after the paypal case expiry date. I received the following message: "We've closed the case in your favour as the seller didn't respond on time. We've sent you a full refund" and I must add they also were still advertising that they had one in stock on their website. If they say they responded to my emails they are lying. They couldn't even respond to paypal.

Book received.

It took some time to receive the book but once the company realised I had not yet received it they very quickly rectified the problem and sent it to me quickly and were very apologetic which I appreciated.

Think again before you purchase from them

It’s been 2 weeks and still waiting for an update for my purchase - tried calling and emailing and no response. Not even sure if this is a legit site

**had a response from owner -they stated they replied to me on the day after my email. I checked emails on 17th jan and did not get an email as they stated. I left a few messages on the mobile service provided so not sure why they said I had not replied. I even did an online chat with them and they stated they could not help me at this stage - I should have screen shot to prove it. It’s a bit frustrating as when I ordered it, it did not say it out of stock, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.

Hi we are very legit and we did email on the 17th Jan advising that the book was on backorder. And was three away. you must of not received our communication. As we have had no communication from you what so ever no emails and no phone calls with a message to call back. Very strange as I have checked our records no calls or emails with messages. The book is due in end of this week and will be mailed to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your review. As you can see we have a high standard of service and this review does not worry us at all.

Hi We have replaced and offered to help you. You order 4 wrong items in which you expect us to exchange them, Usually we will not do that but i offered to exchange the items and be stuck with you error. Why don't you be honest and explain the real story instead of putting up these misleading reviews for people to read. and yes who ever reads I will not stand down when we are not in the wrong and are accused of doing the incorrect thing to our customers. To be honest when I see these things I feel like not even helping out as it is a kick in the guts from people.
