We can't even begin to express how amazing Vicki is....
We can't even begin to express how lovely it was working with Vicki - she is just so wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us as first time buyers and it really felt like she cared about our situation and us wanting to relocate and it felt like she held our hand every step of the way. She was direct and to the point and no messing around which I loved and she was so efficient getting all the information over to us and requesting documents etc from us so that we could help her to help us. It really did feel like a VIP service and she even had the ability to chase our solicitors/anyone else in the background on our behalf and kept us up to date all the time.
At first I hesitated a bit as I was worried about getting our Agreement in Principle as I was self employed and only had 1 year of accounts but this was absolutely no problem for Vicki and she explained our options in great detail and also got us really good deals on our rate along with life cover and was so sensitive and caring whilst arranging these for us.
I would 100% reccomend Vicki and I will not hesitate to get back in touch when we need any help in the future.
Imagine the headache of not having a mortgage broker and having to do it all yourself? No thanks! Just make a call to Vicki and you won't regret it.
