Your entire operation, spanning the website mybmi.ie and the entity E-Pharm NI, is a meticulously constructed scam. The evidence I have compiled is irrefutable and will be devastating in the hands of the authorities. Let me be perfectly clear about what I have documented:
1. The Deception: I was promised a "free consultation" by mybmi.ie and was then charged €139. This is not a billing error; it is textbook fraud and obtaining money by false pretences.
2. The Criminal Impersonation of Medical Professionals: The doctors you list, Dr. Jennifer Barclay (Reg No: 520858) and Dr. Niall Maung (Reg No: 430074), are not registered with the Irish Medical Council. Every prescription issued under these names is illegal, rendering your entire "service" a criminal enterprise.
3. The Sale of Illegal and Dangerous Products: As confirmed directly by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI), the products you dispensed are illegal and unauthorized for sale in Ireland. You are trafficking in unregulated and potentially harmful substances.
4. The Fabricated Business Facade: Your use of a single address – 3c Bluestone Business Park, Craigavon BT65 5HU – as both your company location and the "ship to" address for a customer in Ireland is a laughable and demonstrable falsehood. It proves you are a ghost operation with no legitimate physical presence.
This is not a customer service complaint. This is a pre-litigation notice.

This company is a scam please do not buy from them their doctors are fake, I am demanding a refund for the €139 and for €143.99 for the medication. Immediately !!!
