Quick turnaround however the changes made to the consultation has made the process difficult as trying to get the drop down to input weight is not very user friendly

I suggest that you pack your items more carefully, as the medicine was separated from the ice pack completely within the packaging, and given the fact that the courier kept making excuses, and delivered the package after 5 days, there could be risks re freshness of the medicine.
