Was pleased while it lasted!
I loved this company, their service was very good. I lost 3 stone whilst I was BMI and hit my target so decided to come off it for a while due to the cost. Unfortunately I put a stone back on so I tried to buy it again and they wouldn’t allow me to because I didn’t weigh enough. I would understand this if I was a first time buyer but had I not of stopped for a while they would have continued to give it to me so very frustrating.

Poor customer services
After being a satisfied customer for over two years I was a bit disappointed with a customer services response. I missed a couple of delivery attempts and then collected my parcel from the depot. By this time the package was quite warm.
I asked customer services whether the medication was still safe to take and whether it would be effective. The response ignored my question and merely told me that it was my fault and that they would not refund or replace. I hadn’t suggested otherwise nor did I mention replacing the medication. This was a costly error. I won’t make a double order in future.

I have been a customer for years
I have been a customer for years, but unfortunately their customer service has went downhill. They took payment and told me your order will be on hold till it’s refunded in 10 days that was in June and we are at the end of July now. They just emailed me asking me for all my details including DOB so they can ‘look into it’. I lost trust with their customer service and will no longer deal with this company.
