Issues with managing our firm's users

I have been having issues with managing our firm's users for a month now. First it was "we are experiencing technical issues and have escalated your issue to the technical team" which never responded nor resolved the issue.
Now it does not work at all (one of our employees has completely dropped off the list), and no one is even responding to my messages. I tried calling the phone number listed for "support" - no answer, went directly to voicemail and the mail box is full.
Not sure if they are still in business or when they got bought out, they let go of all their customer service reps. But this has been a horrible experience (great sales pitch of all the wonderful things they could do for us, unfortunately no ability to execute on those promises).

Live support on a holiday!

The fact that a live person was available on New Year's Eve after working hours was a plus. Very courteous and helpful. Got everything taken care of in a short amount of time. Would not been able to get there without his help.

DONT BUY IT

DONT BUY IT! They won't refund you even within 24hrs after you decided it's not for you!! Ended up going through my bank for dispute.. what a black business, especially in this day and age, refund in full with reasonable time frame (in my case within 5hrs I decided this is not good enough of a package)!! DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THEM!!!

The Online Live Support is Great!

Anna was very helpful. I received an email about a Christmas promotional sale but thought it had expired. I was looking to renew my subscription so I sent a message to support asking about the promotion. Anna responded quickly and provided a promotional link to receive the discounted price. myCPE excellence in finding good solutions fast

myCPE Customer Support has proven to be highly responsive, fast and focussed on the issues I brought to them. They were constructive and creative in finding solutions, and in the 48 hours we spent exchanging multiple ideas, two of their competitors haven't even bothered responding to the initial general enquiry! In the past couple of decades, I've engaged 3-5 firms to support my CPE efforts, and my experience with myCPE so far puts them well on top!

You Get So Much Value

You get so much for the value they provide. I have used expensive trainings, which are also good, but if I had known about this course services, I would have saved $$$. I appreciate their level of support as well. Their customer service is amazing as well.
