This is a payment information scam. They take payment info for a trial and then charge wothout informing. They are stealing information.

they make our there a loan company. make you verify 17p or whatever then think they can take £28/30 of you. stupid idiots

This company does not deserve any stars. As other reviewers have stated, they tell you that you have been approved for a loan. They set out the terms and conditions for said loan then demand an undisclosed fee to ‘verify your identity’.

In very small print below the form for card details they state that the person has not been approved for a loan. Why lie? Why not be honest and transparent from the start and state that the ‘loan’ application has not been approved?

These people are preying on vulnerable customers who struggle to find credit and their so called service does nothing except incur further expense for someone who is already in a desperate financial state. Shame on them.

I realised that this was a scam and clicked off the site. Since then I have been bombarded with text messages from the company stating that they have approved my loan.

It is time that they were stopped so I have reported them to Trading Standards.

The customer support team got back to me within hours when I had questions about how my savings were calculated, which frankly surprised me given how many fintech companies drag their feet on responses. That kind of responsiveness builds trust faster than slick marketing ever could.

I would put zero stars if I could, this is a scam. I woke up this morning to find they had tried to take nearly £30 from my account. This was not authorised. Now my card is blocked and I have to wait for a new one. This is a fraudulent company.

Fraud taken money from my bank account without my permission I don't know how they get my details . Sign me up in subscription please be aware

Scammer they keep trying to take money from my account and I don’t even know how they get my details

Took money from my account, started with 15p, then 29.99, I don't recognise who they are, I emailed them, called them, but no answer to either. I change my card details and they still charged another payment.

Never heard of this company took 15 pence out of my account then to 29,99 absolutely big scammers had to cancel my card and order a new one

They have scammed me on my credit card which i dont use unless, it wasnt even my bank, i have reported this to my credit company which they have blocked, 1 transcastion of 15p then £29.84 then £29.99. I am not happy cos i have never heard of this company
I have even tried finding a number for this company but nothing

Charging £0.15 for nothing, not providing with the service I asked for/was promised to be delivered. This company should be investigated and be sued for the fraud!!!

Not to be trusted. Charged 15p to verify my identity and then fraudulently attempted to take £29.84 from my account. This was not subscription. They don't even do loans. BE VERY AWARE THIS COMPANY IS KNOWN TO ALL BANKS FOR THEIR ACTIONS ON PEOPLES ACCOUNTS.
Fortunately this was picked up as fraudulent by my bank and has been blocked.

Scammers. Took 0.15p out of my account to check eligibility then tried to take £29.84 the next day, my bank flagged it and blocked my card. Had no idea I’d been signed up to something and I did not consent to it either.

I suffer with mental health and was browsing through my phone. I didn't sign up for nothing and they have 2 tried taking 29.99 for the last 2 months. Luckily enough my bank stopped it today. They rob u and scamming

Absolute scammers and definitely to be avoided. £30 gone from my account without authorisation. Too many such companies in operation, they should be banned. Best thing is to cancel the card they used so they can't take further payments. Disappointing my bank allowed it to go through as I have to authorise payments generally, even companies like Amazon and Sainsbury's. It makes no sense, banks need to take responsibility in these circumstances.

Don’t bother. Waste of time and money. Say you have been approved for a loan but all they are doing is signing you up for a subscription service. Costs you todo an identity check then they h as be your payment details which they then use to sign you up. Customer service then get very defensive and won’t give a refund.

Scammers that's all I have to say, as my ansa is the same responses of other posts on here.

Same happened to me as everyone else writing reviews! Tried to take unauthorised amount but thankfully my bank stopped it!
