Our £30 registration fee lasts for the lifetime of the pet, we do not charge to update details should you move or to update your phone number. Microchips are implanted by independent implanters and any fees charged at this point is for the service of the microchip implantation itself, we are a database and we keep your details safe for the lifetime of the pet, should your pet ever go missing we are also here to help.

Thank you for your reply yes I register my pet it was a change of owner. The page had overlapping details very difficult to explain however it was difficult to tap the correct link as words where going under others and sometimes the wrong link would come up.
