This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. My beautiful bathroom experience
Our experience with My Beautiful Bathroom started when we visited the Stirling showroom to discuss our project with Sarah. We spent a lot of time discussing options and being provided with a quote with the pleasing thing being there was no hard sell. After two or three visits we decided on the final plan.
Communication from then was very good and we managed to secure a fitting date suitable to our needs
The team arrived on the first day to start at 8am prompt with Stephen Watson the main person. We have nothing but praise for the way he carried out the project always communicating with us about aspects of the project and giving us the benefit of his experience by giving us ideas on what would be best for our finished project. At all times respected our home and left all areas clean and tidy. His attention to detail was first class and appreciated
The tiler was with us for two days and again I have nothing but praise for the way he conducted himself and for his work ethic. Again spoke with us before he started fitting the tiles explaining the best way for them to be placed on the wall for the best look. Stephen (same name different person)respected our home by cleaning any mess created and leaving it tidy at the end of each day he was here.
My Beautiful Bathroom lived up to there name as the finished project is absolutely stunning. We did not encounter any issues everything went so smoothly and we have received numerous positive comments on the finished result. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Beautiful Bathroom if you are looking at doing your bathroom and would 1000% recommend Stephen the bathroom fitter who I thought was superb. The tiler also would be strongly recommended as well.

Absolutely delighted with work Kevin done with installation.Kept me informed on a day to day basis about what was getting done.

Sub standard work by the fitter who layed floor tiles on 6mm ply, did not centre shower, splashback hanging off, upstands not flush, pvc ceiling needs replaced causting around 4k to put right
Made an aufull mess of my home causing damage to furniature and leather couches and did not provide any liability insurance
No communication from them on the poor work nor damage and im now taking to court

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. However, we do not agree with a number of the statements made in this review and feel it is important to clarify that this matter is currently disputed.
There is currently an outstanding balance of approximately £3,000 for the works carried out by the installation team. We have been in communication with you regarding the concerns raised and have sought to understand and address the issues identified. The suggestion that we have simply ignored concerns or refused to communicate with you is therefore not an accurate reflection of the correspondence between us. We even visited you at your home.
With regard to the alleged damage to furniture and leather sofas, this is also disputed. Dust is to be expected after any home renovation but we have never encountered any customer saying that dust has caused £4000 worth of damage!
As you have now indicated that you intend to pursue the matter through the courts, we believe it is inappropriate to debate the individual allegations or the circumstances of the claim publicly. We will therefore allow the appropriate legal process to determine the outstanding issues.
We remain committed to dealing with genuine customer concerns fairly and professionally, but we also have a responsibility to ensure that statements made publicly about our business accurately reflect the circumstances of a dispute.

We couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new bathroom and ensuite! My vision of what I wanted was truly brought to life and I’m so delighted! From the initial consultation right through to installation, everything was first class.
Stephen and Zach, my fitters were amazing throughout - professional, efficient, friendly and clearly took real pride in their work. Stephen’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We had a bathroom fitted last year. Still trying to fix issues . Ignoring our emails and messages. Only offered to send out fitter who caused the problems in the first place who was originally no longer working for company due to bad workmanship and customer complaints. Now being offered jobs with them. Finish was unprofessional and broke our toilet unit tried to patch up , didn't tell us . Only found this out when we couldn't get access. Now taking further action against the company.
We did a lot of research before deciding to go with My Beautiful Bathrooms as their reviews were excellent but our experience has been very poor.

We sincerely apologise that your goods were damaged by the installer during your installation and were not reported or sorted sooner and that communication broke down during this time.
As discussed, we delivered your goods in perfect condition and despite the installer damaging the goods while installing them, we have agreed to take the cost on to replace the goods. We hope you agree, that this is a fair outcome and very few, if any businesses would take on a cost for something they supplied that was damaged after it was delivered.

Fantastic work but non existent building warrant support
I am leaving 3 stars as this is very much a review of two halves, where the installation and aftercare provided by Stuart and his team was exemplary. Their attention to detail and consideration towards us was almost always second to none. Fitting work was completed efficiently end December 2024.
However, our job required removal of a non supporting wall to convert a smaller kitchen and separate dining room which in turn required a building warrant. It was extremely disappointing to us that the MBK office were unable to provide any support towards obtaining the necessary building warrant and the consequential steps leading to the completion certificate. We also discovered during this process that a smoke detector specified in the drawing had been overlooked, requiring remedial work to fit. This currently leaves us with the expense required to completely repaint our ceiling to deal with the hole needed to provide necessary wiring for this additional smoke detector.
Obviously given that Stuart cannot be expected to to deal with this side of the business as well as everything else he does, it didn’t really surprise me that he was unsure of the paperwork required to progress this. I reiterate that I feel someone in the office should have the knowledge required to progress this on behalf of your customers. I’m sure our job wasn’t the first job to require a building warrant!
As an additional expense we had to engage the services of a building consultant to prepare the necessary drawings, and have a structural report prepared to confirm that our wall was non structural.
I then had to use the eBuilding Standards Portal and navigate through the process with the various supporting forms, pictures and paperwork in order to obtain the necessary completion certificate which we now have, granted 1st September 2026.
As I’m sure that our job isn’t the only one requiring a building warrant please can I suggest that you either get someone in your office trained in this respect, or hire someone who has this knowledge. For this aspect of our job, it saddens me to leave one star.
I will be happy to to provide details of the building consultant and structural engineer we used so you can at least provide this as appropriate while you address what appears to be an important knowledge deficiency in your office.
Clarification following MBK’s much appreciated response is below
Your website section headed One Stop Service says you will “manage your project…”. Hopefully it is clear that we did not experience a one stop service on this regard having had to get the building warrant arranged, drawings prepared and then the associated completion certificate. Also please note that I have achieved this myself. The whole point of this part of the review is to highlight something where I felt I could have had better support from your admin team. For example knowing what electrical safety, gas safety, fire detection certification forms were required. Stuart was unable to provide this information and thankfully we got there in the end by trawling through the ebuilding portal user guide and thankfully help from the team once the requirements were established. This feedback is intended to be constructive and not to slate an otherwise good experience. Perhaps you should provide links to an external building consultant should one be required?

Although we appreciate your feedback we are slightly confused as we don't advertise in any form that we can take care of building warrants, architectural drawings, engineer reports or the like.
These are not services we are looking to add to our business so we wouldn't look to train staff anymore than they already are in this field as those areas are very specialist.
If a customer already has a warrant or is happy to apply for a warrant then we will assist as much as we can which is what we felt we had done in your case, in fact we have several emails from yourself and your wife thanking us for our assistance.
You sent us an email on 16.09.24 informing us that you had applied for a warrant through a consultancy firm in Edinburgh who had also obtained a structural report so they would absolutely be the best people to speak to as they are the specialists. The Consultancy Firm you engaged with for the warrant and structural report should have provided this service so we hope you can go back to them?
If we have missed something and you feel there is anything on our website or social media which implies we take care of building warrants on a regular basis or that we employ architects, engineers etc please let us know and we will address this as soon as possible?

Good enough result; a rocky road getting there.
Overall, we are satisfied with our new bathroom. Not everything worked well though. The gap between the showroom sales team, the suppliers and the fitter meant that some materials were late and others damaged. The design, as approved, turned out to be hard to achieve. A 5 day job took 7. Credit to the fitter who got it all to work. Also - a lot of materials were left behind in our garage; we asked for them to be picked up but got no response.

Absolutely over the moon with my new bathroom. Love it
I done a lot of research to choose which company to go with by looking into honest reviews on Trustpilot etc
Kelly in the Glasgow showroom was really helpful & suggested a few designs for us.
Showing us the plan and images of how it would look. Lots of different styles, colours and ideas to choose from.
My previous bathroom was 18 years old & looked a bit dated with built in vanity units and bath.
I chose to get a walk in shower installed instead of a new bath as I rarely used it.
Ben came out to go over the final bathroom plans and design with us before we went through the payment at the showroom for the bathroom products which we did & we’re happy to do.
The bathroom fitters/ insulation team get paid separately on completion of the bathroom. We waited 8-10 weeks for the job to start.
Martin and John were absolutely amazing and we honestly couldn’t have wished for better people to fit our new bathroom. They were really hardworking, reliable, organised and lovely professional men.
There was a few minor issues which was addressed and resolved by Martin ie the pipe work behind the original vanity units ( you don’t really know what’s behind the old units until it’s ripped out ) However Martin worked his fantastic workmanship skills within a few hours to sort this out.
The average timeline is 5 days ( Monday-Friday) for completion however ours ran into a few days over. Which we were absolutely fine with that to get our perfect bathroom completed. Martin did not ask for anymore money for this which is fantastic as a lot of workers would ask for more if they worked more days. He stuck to his original quote and contract.
I would highly recommend My beautiful kitchens and bathrooms and I’m glad we chose this company for our perfect bathroom.
