I signed up for this app but didn't…
I signed up for this app but didn't find it very helpful. I tried to cancel before payment went out but couldn't sort how to do this so had to resort to cancelling this through my bank. I haven't had any communication from them except repeatedly trying to take payment.
Update - My son managed to contact yourselves on my behalf and this has now been sorted. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear you found the app unhelpful and had difficulty canceling your subscription. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to prevent a renewal and are unsure how to complete the cancellation.
If you subscribed directly through our website, you can cancel your subscription through Manage My Subscription on our website using the details linked to your MyBody account. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancellation needs to be completed through your Apple subscription settings. Once a subscription is successfully canceled, future renewal charges should not occur. Please note that deleting the app or blocking a payment through your bank does not itself cancel the subscription.
We’d also like to look into the repeated payment attempts and check what happened with your cancellation. Please contact us at hello@mybody.health and mention this Trustpilot review, ideally including the email address associated with your MyBody account and any relevant payment or cancellation details. Our team can review your subscription and payment history and assist further.

Its an easy to use site
Its an easy to use site, and it was certainly helpful to be able to show the nurse all my bp results in one place when i had to go for a check up.
I would prefer to record my weight in st and lbs, but maybe thats just showing my age. The recipe diary was useful for my first week, and i loved having the shopping list, that saved a lot of time!

I first cancelled my subscription in…
I first cancelled my subscription in April 2026- I’ve got the email cancelling the subscription. Two months later they took another payment from my account. I thought it was my mistake so cancelled the subscription again. Today they’re trying to take a third payment from my account. I’ve gone through the process of cancelling the subscription a third time. There is no customer service contact number. Very suspicious.
Update- I received a reply to the email I sent and the agent explained that it was the plan I cancelled not the membership to MyBody.
This wasn’t made clear when I got the notice confirming that my subscription had been cancelled. It needs to be made clearer to customers when they want to cancel that they need to cancel the plan and membership separately. I assumed that cancellation of my subscription meant that everything had been cancelled.
The agent who responded to my email was very helpful but it was the automated response and lack of clarity which caused the issue.

Great advice, meal swaps are delicious you are also able to add your own meals which is great. AI on hand at all times for hints and practical tips.

I am really pleased with this app
I am really pleased with this app. It counted my calories for me, gave me other nutritional information on each food item, and more importantly created recipes and meal planning to help me lower my blood glucose levels and A1c as well as being pivotal in helping me lose the amount of weight I wanted!
