We had a wonderful holiday booked through My Canada. Throughout the whole process and during the holiday, My Canada were quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. The process of using My Canada to book our holiday was easy, with Scott and Jennifer ensuring all aspects of our holiday, including hotels and activities were sorted for us. We would definitely recommend My Canada to family and friends and had a brilliant experience.

Great itinery for Canada, good selection of hotels and excursions. Competitive. Memorable trip without any delays or hitches. Would definitely recommend.

We went on a planned trip of 7 days in Canada to include 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer train then a week on an Alaskan cruise. Everything was very well organised and we were very well informed of all information we needed before we went. I chose My Canada Trips because altho it was not the cheapest company the reviews said they looked after you very well and I'm glad I did. After 3 days we were supposed to go on an all day trip up to Jasper from Lake Louise then stay in Jasper for 2 nights before boarding the train. However the night before we were due to go to Jasper it was evacuated because of wildfires and ended up with a lot of the town burnt down which was extremely sad. It was all quite alarming but we felt very well looked after. We were taken back to Banff for the 2 nights altho we had already spent 2 nights there but we went to a different hotel this time and with so many evacuees the hotels must have been pretty full so we were just glad to have somewhere to stay. It looked doubtful though that we would get our train trip which would have been very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for going on this trip. However again it was all sorted and we got on the train in Banff instead. A lot of other people with different companies or travelling independently had to try and sort out accommodation for themselves & transport and pay for it all whereas it was all taken care of for us which was a big relief. I would definitely recommend this company for people like us who want to go on an adventure but still want the comfort of knowing you are looked after.

First rate experience from the planning stage, through finalising booking and finally during the trip itself. Delighted with all aspects of the trip.

Everthing was as it should be although one hotel was a bit faded glory.

Our trip was as wonderful as we imagined it would be, from Niagara Falls to Banff and Jasper and then the Rocky Mountaineer ending with an Alsakan cruise.
I would certainly not recommend the hop on hop off bus tour in Vancouver. Our driver spoke little English, hit every kerb on every corner in the rickety converted school bus ( seats are made for kids not for adults), and had to have a 10 minute break every half hour! The places of interest he pointed out included a 24 hour pizza shop and some houses where "very rich people live there"! cant say we learnt much about Vancouver!

Awful company say they are going to give you a quote then never bother responding.
Avoid as very unprofessional.

Considering the holiday involved multiple forms of transport, excursions and hotel locations, everything went like clockwork.

MCT were terrific from first contact. They negotiated all our twists and turns and put together a holiday of a lifetime. Great communication when I had questions before we went. While in Canada, everything worked like clockwork - it was as close to being on an escorted trip as possible, but with the freedom to do as we pleased a lot of the time, and we were able to build our own timetable. Many thanks to all at MCT.

Jennifer was our main contact to plan the holiday. Richard also answered our queries on other occasions. They were both excellent, efficient, friendly and extremely patient. Jennifer planned our trip meticulously and included everything we asked for and so much more that we hadn't realised was within our possible itinerary. She knew all details about what she was suggesting for us and her knowledge of the various destinations and her recommendations were spot on.
All travel went very smoothly and according to our very detailed and precise itinerary. All our accommodation was lovely.
All excursions were first class with excellent guides and drivers and great destinations.
The Rocky Mountaineer was all we had hoped for and so much more.
Toronto, Banff and Vancouver were all very enjoyable in different ways and trips organised at each were great.
Niagara was probably the highlight and our trip there was extra special.
Our Alaska cruise was great with lovely accommodation, food and service and of course amazing scenery.

Our sales representative, Vicki Kennedy, was very helpful from the start and understood our Group needs and personal "querks". The holiday she finalised was better than our expectations. The backup we recieved from the Admin background (I dealt with Richard) completed the feeling of confidence in My Canada Trips.

Ended with Calgary Stampede which was a spectacular end to the perfect Rockies road trip

This was the first time we have used this company and our first time in Canada and was extremely impressed by their level of service. For instance my wife is hard of hearing and relies on lip reading to hear? understand what is being said, we mentioned this to My Canada in order to ensure we sat together on all the flights (as she wouldn't hear any announcements without seeing the announcer). They organised this and more, we were fortuned enough to go on the Rocky Mountaineer Train and after we had started on the journey the train`s manager came to see if we were okay and my wife could hear the guides announcements, which she said some but it was okay because I repeat where possible. He went away and very discreetly organised a seat swop (which we hadn't asked for) and moved us closer to where the guide stood, which in fact helped a lot. Also on an internal West Jet flight an lovely young lady hostess came to talk to my wife asking if all okay even using sign language, what can we say this level of attention to detail was impressive, thank you everyone at My Canada, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely use your company again.

Back in 2009 we decided that for our 25th wedding anniversary we wanted to go to Canada so over the years we saved to be able to make our wish came true.
2013 arrived and we thought we better look to see who we could book our holiday with and we came across My Canada Trips.
After making the initial enquiry we had a phone call from a member of team who asked what we wanted to do on our trip. After a discussion we were then told we would receive an email setting out the itinerary.
We reviewed it and was happy with everything. So impressed that what we would like to do was thought through so well.
Throughout the months wee were contacted to check everything ok and we We received a phone call a few weeks before we were due to travel asking if we were ready and if there was anything else we needed / help or advice with.
Then off we went (first time abroad since 2019!)....and wow what a holiday and what a way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was planned so well. The location of the accommodation to the where the different excursions we were going on was done really well.
Our favourite places were Vancouver, Victoria / Vancouver Island (Black Rock Hotel we could of stayed at for longer it was beautiful), Whistler was crazy but amazing, and Banff was stunning. Jasper was the only place we felt we could of just done 1 day at as not much there for the time of year we went.
The Icefields Pathway was something never experienced before and cannot explain to anyone how amazing it was, photos do not do it justice.
The whale watching and bear watching was a dream come true.
All in all we just want to say a massive thank you to My Canada Trips for organising a fantastic trip for us especially for such a special reason. Pure beauty and us time. We will not forget it or our 25th wedding anniversary in a hurry, a dream came true for sure and did not want to come home.
We would recommend to anyone thinking of booking a trip to Canada to go with My Canada Trips and I am sure we will not hesitate to book another trip with you in the future. Thank you so much once again!

It was a perfectly planned trip of a lifetime to Canada and Alaska. Everything went like clockwork and the excursions included were phenomenal. I highly recommend My Canada Trips.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday. Everything was according to our plan. Absolutely smooth transfers,great guides brilliant hotels. Cannot fault this experience.

We had a lovely holiday. The only down side was when we booked with My Canada Trips we were told the Gold Leaf on the Rocky Mountaineer was fully booked for 2024 & 2025 so we booked Silver Leaf. While on holiday we met other people who had booked 3-4 months after us for the same train and were able to book Gold Leaf. This was a holiday of a life time for us which we booked a year ahead and felt very disappointed in the information given by My Canada Trips.

We had an absolutely amazing trip! Vikki at MCT was great putting together an initial plan & then very patient as we tweaked & amended it to suit. It made a huge difference that she had first hand experience of the elements of the trip. I also spoke to other staff during the process & everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable. The confirmation & vouchers were all very clear & concise & the whole trip went exactly to plan! I can’t recommend this company & it’s staff highly enough & will most definitely use them again.

Everything about this trip ran like clockwork. We were able to make upgrades without any problems when booking. We were kept informed of details and a personal call a week before travelling to check we were ready and to answer any questions was a nice touch too.
The tours were also great. Informative and fairly small groups.
Accommodation was excellent- especially in Vancouver.
Rocky Mountaineer was wonderful as was the Alaskan cruise.
