Very disappointed the last few times I have been here - pricing of several services has been higher than quoted by the manufacturer, on my last visit staff insisted that my brand of tyres did not have a warranty (despite Khumo being listed clearly on Mycar's own website), and last time I requested price match I am 90% sure they did not actually process the refund.

Had a regular service yesterday had a issue when I got home, I was able to bring the car back and the parts replaced with no extra charge. The staff were amazing and I couldn't be happier with the service would highly recommend.

Couldn't fault the customer service, they promptly and correctly diagnosed the issue and had the new alternator delivered and installed within juat a couple of hours. Price was as quoted and they got me back on the road same day as promised. Extremely happy first time customer!

It’s was agreed to replace a couple of filters during my car service. Price was quoted and agreed to, attendant wrote it on the job sheet. Went to pick up and filters were not done, was told they didn’t notice it written on the sheet. It was highlighted with green highlight pen!

Having to purchase new tyres and arrange time, my car website was very easy to follow and complete. The booking was for the next day. The staff at MyCar Belmont in Victoria extremely pleasant and quickly made me feel at ease, to leave my Car to be fitted with 4 new tyres. I was very happy with the experience and product. I would recommend MyCar to everyone for their service and product

The team at the Belmont store were fantastic in helping with new brake pads and rotors for my car.
As soon as the parts came in, they were able to fit me in on the same day - excellent job.
