I brought me car in for tyres rotation and balancing today. When I picked it up, the steering wheel was covered with dirt and grease, presumably smeared by the mechanic, who did not bother to cover it

When I picked it up, the steering wheel was covered with dirt and grease, presumably smeared by the mechanic, who did not bother to cover it. So was the dash, driver's door. It was quite disgusting and I had to wash and wipe when I got home. This is most unprofessional and very disappointed with the service. No more Mycar service from me.

This was the first time I have actually used Mycar for anything mechanical and found the staff were fantastic everyone from the front desk to the mechanic that was only new that day , they also return phone calls , amazing in this day and age….

Honest & dependable.
MyCar Tyre and Auto consistently have delivered service I can trust. Significantly cheaper than Volkswagen, as well as trying to find solutions (for example when Volkswagen tried to charge $10.5K to replace rear bearings). Today it was just a pink slip but they found time and gave me great service.

I did not receive a call back when I…
I did not receive a call back when I questioned the price of the 2 new tyres on my invoice. For this reason I’m disappointed in the customer service. I don’t think I will be going back to MyCar Castle Hill again.
