Don’t expect high service quality
I just bought a second hand car and had essential plus service to verify the condition of my car. But there are something missing to check in my service.
1. There is no battery test report as mentioned in the website.
2. There is no windscreen washer liquid in my car and it’s not either noted in the report or refilled.

I had really very bad experience with…
I had really very bad experience with my car. i have just replaced two front tyres for my car. After changing tyres staff left my spare tyre in the boot not under the floor mat where it should be. The spare tyre wasn’t clipped properly and the car jack was not at the same place where it should be. i am really very disappointed.

rough job completion and bad customer complaint response
The job was not properly completed and checked before handing over to customer. I noticed one of the wheel centre caps went missing two days after the job and I requested the issue to be fixed. The issue remains unresolved after a few calls chasing for the responses. They never follow you up with the promised call back.
