Quote for each of 2 tyres was $350 each but after fitting, I was charged $450 for each tyre. I was happy to pay for balancing / wheel alignment but the tyre price was a bit too much. I will get my tyres elsewhere in future.

Great communication

Overall, it was great, no hassle, I was told it would be ready by 10 am, but I got a message just after 9 am saying it was ready.

No issues with the supply and fitting of four new tyres. I would have liked to see the readout from the results of the wheel alignment showing the corrections, as I have received from other suppliers in the past, but that is not a criticism.

Exceptional Service – Even at Closing Time!

I had a headlight go out unexpectedly and stopped by just before closing, not expecting much. To my surprise, the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, even though it was the end of their day. They didn’t rush or make me feel like an inconvenience—instead, they quickly assessed the issue and replaced the headlight on the spot.

My car Hornsby have always been honest and very helpful and I have been taking my car there for many years. I have recommended them to various friends.

They are as always friendly, helpful and very efficient.they always explain and advise what was done and what needs doing in the future.

Worst experience in my time with MyCar.
So much went wrong and then tried to get me to have a particular job done that I have found out this morning through another mechanic it does not need to be done.
Goes to show - change of staff can ruin a business.

Very efficient, communicative and fair. Also gave warning of upcoming costs - very thoughtful.

I booked online as there was a promotion and paid the quoted price for a scheduled service. After the service I was told the quoted price was wrong and charged another fee. Very disappointed.

They were awesome in booking me in for a replacement and explained all aspects of the process.

Everything went to plan, no nasty surprises and the guys were very helpful and accommodating.

Didn’t do basics with service like refill windscreen wiper water

Also did a tyre change and advised after the fact that the tyres purchased were off road and won’t do well on highway. Read description of tyre online on the My Car website and said it is fine for highway as well. Left confused

Although the service took longer than initially promised, the staff were friendly and took the time to explain useful tips for maintaining my tyres.
Their helpful attitude made the wait more bearable.
Overall, a decent experience with good customer service.
