Though i hadn't appointment scheduled still i had my service done within 2 hrs. Thanks to the gentleman who was kind enough to agree my request. And thanks for the rest of the team members who diligently finished the unscheduled job quickly. Guys i promise next time i will make an appointment first. 😉

Although the service seems to be reliable most of the time, but every time comes with something extra which is not included in the original service. This type of approach makes it harder for customers to correctly budget the money and feels pressured to pay more.

Great service at MyCar Hurstville. Steven's customer service was excellent - helpful, honest and informative. The mechanic found a few minor issues with my car during the latest logbook service. I was advised roughly how long I had before those issues needed to be fixed. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car behind the scenes.

They were upfront with costs and timing, called to get informed consent before doing any additional work, and weren’t pushy or condescending in explaining things. It was a great experience and I’ll be coming back.

They are wonderful at Hurstville. Friendly, efficient, honest. Such hard workers. Special shout out to Steve. He went the extra mile. Much appreciated.

Fast and high quality work

It was quick, efficient and high-quality service.

My experience was terrible, very high values were charged although there was an extra service performed which I was contacted in choosing to perform until this moment ok, however it was not taken into account that I had already scheduled and paid for review services, in summary I am frustrated I will never perform any service on the network again and not recommend a company that uses in bad faith price injustice in its practice!
