Good service but be wary of website issues
Service was quick and staff were polite and friendly however the mycar website might need some improvements. I entered my rego and it couldn’t find my car even though I’ve used mycar in the past. Entered my vehicle make/model instead and it recommended tyres that I purchased only to be told after the installation that they were not the right tyres for my car (they were not EV rated). Despite inputting my EV into the website, I don’t know why it would recommend tyres not rated for use on an EV. I suspect I may need to return to replace these tyres in a year or so when they wear out prematurely. Frustratingly, also I finally entered my rego and Flybuys details on the website during check out but had to provide them again in store for some reason. The odometer reading taken by the staff was ridiculously incorrect as well (800k instead of 80k). My address on the invoice was also outdated but I see nowhere to update this on the website and am not sure it’s worth the time to call to have that corrected.

Great,customer Service
Timely, efficient, quality work. Go the extra “mile” to fix little things including a few screws to re-fix a number plate and a brake pedal pad. Always friendly and great customer service.
