Yesterday at approximately 2:34 p.m I took my car in for a general service, which included an oil and filter change. I asked the mechanic how long it would take, and he told me about an hour and a half.
However at 3:31 p.m I received a message informing me that my car was ready. I found it strange that the service had been completed so quickly. When I picked up the vehicle I mentioned to the mechanic that it seemed too soon for the service to have been completed.

Upon arriving home I noticed that the lower cover which protects the underside of the car was missing. Mazda vehicles have a low front end I returned to the garage to ask about the cover, and the person who attended to me explained that it was broken on one side. I clarified that it was important for the cover to be in place regardless of whether the right side was slightly damaged. I made it clear that the car should be returned exactly as I handed it over, with all its parts, and insisted that the cover be put back as he had no permission to modify my vehicle, remove or replace parts.

Now I have doubts as to whether the service was actually carried out. Today I hired another mechanic to inspect the oil and filter change, and we discovered that the air filter was neither replaced nor cleaned VERY POOR SERVICE.

AND I PAID FOR A FULL SERVICE THAT WAS NOT FULLY CARRIED OUT.

No hassle, dropped off the car and picked it up within 2hrs as agreed. Great service.

It was easy to order over the phone. he knew what I wanted, and it was in the next day. Took no time to be fitted and payment was easy as.

I book my car in and when I pick it up im told how the service went. Although I don't do big klms a year I have the car serviced each February and don't ever need anything done between service because of their care.

Mark was fantastic! sorted a problem immediately for our Red Cross transport vehicle. This meant keeping the car on the road to collect vulnerable clients. 😊
