Thank you so much to Mark for his help with my sons car! We are in Northern NSW and my son in Hobart needed urgent help with his car. After a panicking parent called looking for help, Mark took the car in that afternoon and looked it over. Unfortunately not good news for the car but Mark was so helpful in giving advice and trying to problem solve the issue. Couldn't recommend this business highly enough. I've never used this service before and I called one morning as my car had an issue....they could fit it in that day and were prompt and efficient. Mark called me to let me know how much it would cost and it was ready for me when I finished work.

Had a serious fault with front right suspension and called hoping for an urgent booking.
Staff were very helpful and arranged for an inspection and repair the following morning.

Arrived in the morning to book my car in for a service and tyre change. I was fully expecting to wait for a week or so especially if the tyres needed to be ordered in but turned out the tyres were in stock and I was able to leave my car there on the day! I was delighted. Usually when I've had my car serviced elsewhere the car is gone for the whole day. I got home and pottered about and within a few hours I had a text saying my car was ready. They allow you to pay online which is super handy. Great friendly service at New Town.

I mentioned to the mechanic that the engine light comes on my car dashboard and the battery is not good. he called me about the battery and I agreed to change the battery after that I went to pick up my car and he told me that because of the old battery engine light on the dash. I drove the car engine light gone but after half an hour lights come back. Moreover, he forgot to put a sticker on my car that mentioned when the next service is due.
